Glitchy Application Process
Went through the while application process, was asked to verify using a 6 digit code sent to my phone...entered the correct code six times and it kept saying it was incorrect. Clearpay got my business...need to get that sorted

Was a great opportunity for me to be…
Was a great opportunity for me to be able to purchase an item I really wanted but didn’t have the money at the time to pay upfront and the option to make payment via Newpay account was a life saver. Was quick and easy to apply and I got approval in minutes and thereafter setting up direct debit payments was straight forward too. Thank you so much for this payment option.

Some ex-tenants of my mother have opened a credit card in my mothers name and ran up a huge debt. I called Newpay and was so impressed by the level of customer service. Casey, the lady that dealt with my call was so helpful and reassuring. She was competent and efficient at getting me the right information. She explained everything so thoroughly and put my mind at ease. We will be calling again for my mother to speak to someone directly. I hope I get Casey again but I'm confident that whomever I speak to will ne just as helpful. Thank you Casey for all your help 😊
