Next Day Sofas Opiniões

I was so impressed with the service I received from Next Day sofas would be an understatement. They were truly unbelievably helpful unlike some companies I dealt within the past. They couldn't do enough for me the service and delivery was totally excellent. The reclining chair and stool. The product when l unpacked was very good and the courtesy I felt from the company went beyond anything I've experienced in a long time. Old fashioned service totally recommend

These sofas are amazing, l never thought that l would find something similar to my old ones which l have had for some time but here they are!
They look beautiful in the living room, and so comfy. Easy transaction but the delivery company let them down, but they were very quick to sort it out.
Thank you.

Comfortable sofa with matching rise and recline chairs at a very reasonable price… very helpful staff with great communication and a speedy delivery

The settee is gorgeous... I was the burnt orange colour would not be a bright as the picture, but it is.😊🟠
The updates throughout were really helpful and the guys delivering it were careful and courteous.
Thank you.

Fabulous service , I ordered, received a confirmation phone call straight away and my tub chair was delivered the next day. I was so impressed with the procedure and the chair so much so I will be ordering another tub chair later in the year. Definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a two seat antonia dark grey velvet sofa, the quality is excellent, I would order from Next Day Sofas again

Fantastic !!! Kept well informed, prompt delivery, very nice item .
Top marks …..

Easy to order came on time and absolutely in love with my chair

Although I cannot fault the ordering and the speedy delivery of the sofa, unfortunately the sofa is not suited to my particular needs although it may suit others. I realise that I needed a more robust sofa. Lee the customer services manager was most helpful in resolving the issue and is prepared to issue a full refund.

My 3 seat leather sofa arrived today in a box & unpacked by 2 gentlemen. Nice sofa, very disappointing that they don't take the packaging away, difficult for a pensioner with a bad shoulder to get rid of! Not sure what "white glove delivery" means as neither man wore white gloves??

Very good service, the sofa was delivered quickly and was made up with ease by the delivery drivers.
Highly recommend this company.

Very efficient ordering service. Would say excellent customer service. We opted for delivery and set up which was carried out by the company who delivered again that was hassle free. Very impressed with the chairs very good quality at a good price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very pleased with my Sofa.
Customer service very good, keep you updated on your order.
Delivery on time.
Unpacked and put together swiftly and delivery men very polite.

Good communication from the company after placing order. Delivered on time. Love the product!

Seamless purchase, fast tracked delivery and installation.

Nice chairs delivered quickly although the option of exactly when seemed to go astray. Apart from that very smooth from order to seating !!! and actually delivered within 10 days as promised.
