I was employed with next generation and had a wonderful experience. I only dealt with Barry and Maureen and they were both very helpful and everything was really clear in the process from the interview stage , feedback and signing the contract. Every query was answered and I always felt there was support if I needed throughout my time in my role.
I am no longer with NG but I would highly recommend them as a recruitment agency to work with!

The work carried was excellent and the personel friendly and polite and the product is very good.
The only small concern was that the company needs to remember that having signed the contract if it is found they missed something they don't have right to try and charge the client exta

Kate Curran reached out to me about a very exciting position . She liased and supported me through the entire process, calling before and after each interview to check in. Pretty sad when you call three times and not get a call back must be to small a job would not recommend

I cannot recommend Simona Morelli enough from Next Generation. From not having much luck in my career so far, Simona encouraged and helped me to get my 'big break'. She was great with interview preparation and always had a follow-up call after interviews. I thought that Simona's job would be finished when I was offered the job, but no she kept in contact with me to make sure everything was alright several time before I started the job.

I am very happy with my experience with Next Generation, especially with Simona Morelli. From the start she was very nice to me and very helpful. If I had any trouble she was there to help me. She called me after my interview and asked how it went, she called me after my first day and asked me about it. I feel like they don’t just recruit people and move on to the next person but actually stay in contact with you until you are settled and fully satisfied with new job.

I have worked with recruiters globally for years now, and I have to say that Varun Reddy is one of the best I have ever worked with. He was honest, transparent, and did due diligence on communication throughout the entire process. He also followed up on any questions I had and made sure I was prepared on knowing who the key players were for my interview. They need to clone Varun, as he is truly outstanding.

Sarah's knowledge of the Supply Chain industry in Ireland and the key people within it is unrivaled. This makes the Next Generation experience much more personable, as in addition to a standard skills / experience match, a focus is put on finding good personal fit and culture match between employer and candidate.
