The owners were very responsive, friendly and helpful before during and after the rental period. The locations is right next to the airport and easy to access. The vehicle was clean and ready for immediate pickup. No hidden fees. Great place to do business with. Will use them again on future trips!!

Small, family-run business offering good selection of immaculate cars and outstanding 5* service.

Easy, friendly, no pressure upsells…NONE. Maria and John take care of their customers and provide friendly, personalized service.

I heard if you’re coming to Aruba, rent your car locally instead of using the big corporate mega-companies. Nexus is right at the airport, walking distance from the terminal. You can contact them anytime through the whatsapp app with any questions or issues.

Maria accompanied us to the car, went over any body damage with me, explained some driving idiosyncrasies of Aruba including the endless round-a-bouts, synched our phone to the car navigation., went over operating the car, and answered all our questions.

Highly recommend.

fast and easy pickup at the airport. Nice contact with Maria and John. We can highly recommand it.

Sleek website and fair prices for a budget rental. No hidden fees and good customer service. 5/5 would recommend.

start to finish, everything went smoothly. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The vehicle was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly throughout our trip.
What really stood out was their reliability. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and the pickup and return processes were quick and efficient. Their attention to customer service truly made our trip stress-free.
Based on this outstanding experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this car rental company to anyone in need of a vehicle. They've earned a loyal customer in me, and I'm confident they'll exceed your expectations too.

We couldn't be happier with the experience! The service was outstanding, they were friendly, and the car was in perfect condition. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. I highly recommend tropicars for anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience.
