Only gave one star because you can’t leave a review of no stars. The item I ordered was a strapless bra. The item they sent (from China) was laughable. It didn’t look anything like the website, didn’t have any of the promised features and was so small it would only have fit a pre-pubescent child. Now they won’t give me my money back. Going through paypal to get my money back. Total fraud

I HAVE RECEIVED A REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL
I have just received a refund for some bras I ordered, had no help from nice littlethings uk so raised the issue with paypal after they offered me £2. They sent me an address in Hong Kong, China to return them but it would cost me £16 with royal mail, I asked why to China when the returns address on the package was as UK address and also if they are based in China why have I been charged VAT? I have now had an email from Paypal to say I am getting a full refund.
Please don't give up and let this scamming company rip you off!

Ordered 2 strapless bras, checked out their sizes and ordered accordingly. What a complete rip off and waste of money, I don't have a clue where they get the size comparison from as they wouldn't even fit my 11 yeat old granddaughter. So pissed off with it and they can't be returned a complete rip off don't waste your money and time. They don't even come from the UK like stayed nothing but scammers out to make money 😡🤬😡🤬 I wouldnt of given them any stars if I had my way

Order processed and delivery was not too bad, but certainly not a week or two. Told tracking would be given by stage and it was still in US when last looked at tracking. Next minute my strapless bra arrived at the door !! The quality is only OKAY but size is absolutely wrong. Either they are made for chinese people or the wrong label was put on it. I am a 38B in UK size and when I went to try it on it wouldnt fit, FAR too small - like a 32B to me, it did not even come over my nipples. NEVER AGAIN!! I havent returned it as the returns policy is if it is returned there is no guarantee a refund will be give. Stay away from this company as they have no say over refunds. I have emailed them and had no reply either, great customer service NOT!!

As with other reviews, ordered bra as shown on instagram and it is tiny! Wouldn’t fit my 12 year old daughter. They maintain they sent the correct size and have told me that a return is not advisable due to high shipping costs. Waste of money. Avoid!!

Complete waste of time & money
I went for my annual professional bra fitting yesterday, took it with me out of interest and it measured 32a, not my 36DD I ordered.
So annoyed & will probably not get a refund,( my issue is actually wrong advertising)

Absolutely horrendous, hiw the hell are they allowed to get away with selling this rubbish, I ordered 36 dd, was more like a size 30 aa, have been trying to get a refund no joy at all, DONOT buy from these, scamming ********

Wish I had bloody come across this site before buying something. Do not buy! It's false advertisement and makes out it's from the UK. I paid through Klarna so not sure where I stand as I refuse to spend my money on this crap. I'm never one to write on these things but I'm rather pissed off that there is no return information. Instead it's like getting blood out of a stone with an automated robot who won't let me click send 🤬

I ordered 2 bras (i saw the advert on instagram). I was abit concerned as after I’d paid for them, I read all the terrible reviews and the fact that they come from abroad, not the Uk which is very misleading considering the name of the company. I ordered on the 20th and received them 9 days later which I thought was pretty good considering people have said they didn’t even receive theirs. I’m a 32B and they fit perfectly, so far I’m very happy with the products annd company…I had email updates every step of the way from ordering to delivery.

They have sent me the totally wrong size & tried to offer me a £2 refund, no help what so ever, the error is on them not me,

My order of 'the amazing strapless bra' arrived from the US even though it says UK based. I went by their suggestions of measuring and upping the size. It is so tiny, a child first bra would be bigger! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING!! They are asking if I can give it to someone else as the product is such high quality. It's definitely not!

Totally & utterly ripped off they are so tiny wouldn’t fit a small child ! They came from US although insta page says uk base.

Ordered a bra 11 days ago thinking that this company was registered in the UK - wrong - based in US so firstly, wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew in advance. Secondly, I struggled to get it fastened, certainly is not the size that I wanted in fact it would barely fit someone with a flat chest! Do not order from them, especially clothing. Packaging all in Chinese so that says it all….

I ordered some bras .came to day. Well they wouldn't fit a two year old never mind me. I'm a 38 dd. So very disappointed. My own fault. But will never do it again. Take my advice don't order anything. RIP off.

I cant give nil star . I would like too. Purchased 2 x solar fountains. Both had parts missing could not be put together. They offred me 3 then 4GBP refunds saying they sent the correct goods. The goods are not fit for purchase. Chinese rubbish.

I ordered a bra on Instagram and after a good 7 weeks the bra has arrived but the seller has put the wrong postcode on the delivery address and the bra is roughly 50 miles away!
They are not accepting responsibility as they say its the shippers fault - HOW - THEY HAVE PROCESSED MY ADDRESS WRONG (WRONG POST CODE) AND THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE POST CODE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL
I am trying to work out where this company is based? They reply to emails but keep coming back saying it is the shippers fault

They have a poor communication to resolve my order placed in January, emails stating it is at a delivery depo in Cardiff, 3 months waiting and numerous emails sent and nothing back, this will be taken up with trading standards now.

I bought the vacuum as advertised. Total rubbish little or no suction. Reported it to customer services and all they eventually offered was 4gdp compensation. Said it was to expensive to return. So I'm at the loss of the money loss of the vacuum and will never ever buy another thing from them. So hard to work with.
