This complaint is against a company called nice-littethings.com. Not to be confused with other companies of a similar name. I bought two bras, I ordered a 36D, because they offered normal sizing - they took ages to come and when they arrived they sent me size small. Don't fit, contacted them on support-nicelittlethings.com. asking where to return them to . They asked me to photograph QR codes on the bra packets and the Wayleave on the address label. I sent it to them only for them to say they are in China which I knew, and that it would be too expensive for me to send back and offered me £5 recompense they also asked could I not just keep them and give them to someone! I am livid. I replied saying no to their offer I wanted my money back it wasn't my fault they didn't want them back. They came back with an offer of £8. This all happened just today. I was charged £12.99 for each bra, paid for insurance, paid for tax, paid for delivery and my bill was over £40 for rubbish bras that don't offer support for bigger busted ladies. These bras are being sold under different company names but all come from China. If you have problems there is no chance you'll get your money back. Don't be caught out! It's all a scam!!!! Great if you've been lucky and they suit you but really it's a scam! I wouldn't even give them one star! Again I would point out this company is not to be confused with other companies of a similar name, they are in China.

I ordered a jelly bra, I was thanked for my order immediately and was told if I needed any help or advice I was to get in touch, I had at least 3 emails saying this and when the bra arrived I had another email letting me know it had been delivered, brilliant service I thought but NO, the bra I ordered was a L to fit my 38dd, the one I received would fit 32 boobs with a 50 inch back, I emailed to say i had received the wrong size and it wasn’t satisfactory, I emailed about 6 times asking for a response but none came, please save your money and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for delivery over 2 months now, don’t waste your money!

Sowieso heel vlotte verzending en keurige levering. Helaas ging het product omdat wij het lieten vallen kapot, maar ook dit is weer heel vlot en correct opgepakt. Dus grote complimenten

Je sais que c’est une entreprise flamande, mais j’aurais aimé recevoir la recette, qui accompagnait le colis, en français.

Mooi product en foto op de frisbee was van goede kwaliteit. Levering was ook goed in orde!

Bestelling is snel klaar gemaakt en verzonden, vanaf daar ging het mis, ik heb woensdag besteld en had mijn bestelling zondag nodig, met de bewering op de website : volgende dag geleverd, dacht ik dat dit zeker goed ging komen, maar helaas heeft dpd het toch klaar gekregen om mijn bestelling maandag pas te leveren
