Nicks & Co Timber Ltd Opiniões

Like prices and delivery, all easy and delivery person, phoned a bit before delivery and helped put wood where I wanted it.

Good priced quality sleepers from
Nicks Timber that arrived quickly. Slight issue with a refund on a shortfall against the order but sorted eventually. Will order more.

Much better cladding than some of the other local suppliers.
Like all shiplap, there were a few splits and knot holes, but not as much as others I have bought, so remember to add a little bit when ordering.
It would have been nice to have known when the delivery was taking place, but it was a pleasant enough experience.

Good service, nice people.

All good staff loaded and assisted

Great service speedy delivery good product and competitve pricing.

Nicks Timber has been a reliable source of small or large amounts of timber over the years. Fencing timber this time good quality and a fair price

It was quality timber - some that I couldn't find elsewhere, so it was fortunate that Nicks was local!
Delivery was good and I was happy with the prices

Being able to purchase online is a great improvement than having to wait to be served in person at the timber yard, where the wait is always lengthy. However, there is no communication on when the order will be delivered, it simply arrived without advance notice. Had no-one been available the order would have been left on the driveway with the risk of it easily being stolen. If you’re going to offer online ordering you should offer delivery date options at the same time.

Delivery driver was extremely helpful and efficient.

All went well, unloaded onto driveway.

The efficiency with which you processed my order was excellent.
Your delivery driver, the face of your company, was very helpful and pleasant.

Easy to order online, it would be nice to have a time slot for delivery or a phone call about an hour before hand! I didn’t know it was coming and had to leave what I was doing to get home! But the skirting boards I ordered are great! Thanks

Delivery service was quick. I ordered picture rail in 4.2 metre lengths, came fully wrapped which protected it from the rain. Picture rail was excellent quality, straight and free from knots. I needed more but was able to to collect on a Saturday morning. Very helpful staff.

Ordered online easy collection helpful staff all round great experience at a real timber supplier. Long may it last.

Always can rely on Nicks Timber. Sorted out my Firring Strips for my new flat roof on my extension at home. Good quality timber always friendly knowledgeable staff. Fair price into the mix and your good to go

Timber is great and delivery is on time. Particular mention of fantastic delivery drivers who always seems happy to help and chat while unloading. 4 stars because office staff feel always like hard work to deal with. Never that friendly and you always get the feeling there is something else they would prefer to be doing! Slow quotes are an issue.

Would use again, just shame about staff experience.

Good quality timber, cut to size and delivered on time and you can call them up to talk to them if needed. Perfect.
