Fast and good Support

They sent different product than I payed for. I contacted them twice, but no answers. I don’t trust in the reliability.

Ordered 6 days ago still pending and no awnsers to email/whatsapp. I cant even cancel the order…. Avoid!!!

Good price, took 3 days to send to Belgium, and easy pick up. Was packed nicely as well. Ordering here again

Enda negativa var nästan 2 veckor innan jag fick mitt snus

I paid for dhl express and you didnt sent it with dhl express. So to be honest you stole a few euros from me.

The delivery took a bit long, but overall the packaging was aesthetic and discreet as well as intact.

Package has not yet been sent after a week. Seeing others have this issues aswel.
Pay with paypal so you can claim your money if they dont ship the order!

The products came quickly and everything is how promised

Es gab ein wenig Verwirrung mit der Bestellung weshalb sie fast 3 Wochen gebraucht hat, habe dafür aber eine kostenlose Dose bekommen. Es war ein Fehler auf beiden Seiten, dennoch bin ich nach mehreren Bestellungen sehr zufrieden.
PS: falls man Probleme mit der Bestellung hat, direkt die Email auf der Website anschreiben, denn antworten auf bestellungsemails scheinen nicht bei Ihnen anzukommen.

Vor einem Monat bestellt und mehrmals mit dem Kundenservice geschrieben, bekomme seid 2 Wochen keine Antwort mehr. Heute mit DHL telefoniert das Paket wurde nicht mahl versendet
