The response of the company to any question is not only immediate, but also really helpful and complete. The product came on schedule, or even earlier than expected, which is nice. And what's even better is that they continue free support for their product with firmware updates that make the experience better and better. The DNVG I bought from Nightfox is the Prowl, so everything refers to this model.

The customer service is faultless. I've had some minor niggles with the kit and they are quick to respond and find solutions.

Such a great experience, unfortunately on survey our Whisker case broke where it attaches to the tripod. I contacted customer support to find out if they are able to fix the case and without hesitation they sent me a packing slip and requested I send it back. A couple of days later I had a notification to say it was fixed and on its way back to me. Thank you Rebecca and Nightfox!

Exceptional value for money Night vision. The service and response from their support was quick & helpful. Online updates were also easy to do via their website. Delivery all the way to Australia was fantastic. It arrived quickly. Ideally future updates continue to improve the frame rate and image resolution. The user interface and functions are easy to navigate. Its a great product as my first night vision I am very happy.

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Product was superb. Great overall experience. Highly, highly recommend.

Product support is non-existent, if your product is out of warranty they want nothing to do with you.

I had contacted Nightfox support for help with a product that started to experience an issue, asking for if it was possible to repair or what they suggested I would do.

Their answer was that had it to be replaced and that it was not something that could be repaired, assuming it was still under warranty.

Given that the warranty for it had been elapsed 2 months ago I'm left with a product that is non-fixable and unusable.

Edit:
A 15% discount on a different product is not acceptable, I will not buy from Nightfox again due to your policy of not providing support.
I should also note the product failed due to a manufacturing defect, so what is to say I will not end up in the same situation after buying yet another product.

I own a Nightfox swift and after a while I had an issue, and was sceptical about getting it sorted out. I have never come across a customer service that Impressed me so much, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending Nightfox and purchasing other products from Them.

I bought the nightfox prowl for airsoft use. The prowl is really good. I used it in 4 night games and everything was clear in total dark. Also the customer service was excellent!! Keep up the good work !!

Considering the price you pay, you souldn;t expect something that works the same as your typical £3000 Night-Vis, HOWEVER, somehow, they've pulled a good one here, lackign the same features other very highly priced NS goggles have/are (recording features etc etc.).

For straight up 2x zoom and actual quality of the view/LED screen for the night vis itself, it's amazing, and very unexpected, well worth the £100 and best around.

I ordered my first Nightfox product this Christmas for my 9 year old son who is infatuated with military-style equipment. The price was unbeatable for the 119V considering the capabilities offered by the unit, which blew away both of our expectations. Unfortunately, he accidentally dropped the unit the first day he wore them, breaking the head mount. I contacted Nightfox customer care and inquired about whether or not they sold replacement head bands. Customer care offered to send me a replacement band FOR FREE after asking several questions about what part actually broke. That kind of customer service is virtually unheard of these days anymore, so Nightfox has officially found a customer for life. Many sincere thanks to representative Charles for the help!

Ordered some products as a christmas present from Nightfox but through no fault of the company they did'nt arrive on time due to courier issues. I contacted Nighfox and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Charles who went over and above to get the products to me as soon as he could. Anytime I emailed he had a response to me within minutes. He couldn't do enough for me. I received the products this afternoon with two extra gifts inside the box. They dealt with the issue professionally and I would order from them again.

What can I say, wow well I was not prepared for the clarity of the 110r and was supprized by how good it is the ease of use and compact design is very good.
The affordability of the 110r makes for a worthwhile investment.

Best cumpiny iv bort from I got the nightfox 80r for sporting rats and rabbits relay gd pics and and light ir tourch is really gd c out to about 200 maters easy records in a pesh of a buttom best sport for the money and the afters sale is out of this world sent me a new lens out as I tried cleaning it and broke one of the glass in the lens no question asked be happy to buy more from night fox
