Eigentlich ein tolles Casino..man kann gut gewinnen und immer Chat ist auch immer jemand zu erreichen.

Erstmalig muss ich hier ein Casino bewerten um eventuell andere zu schützen.
Ich spielte schon in vielen Casinos, und hab Erfahrung mit der Verifizierung, bis jetzt auch noch nie ein Problem gehabt. Dauerte manchmal aber ich hab immer alles ordentlich abgegeben und somit nie ein Problem damit gehabt, was mich vermutlich unvorsichtig werden ließ.
In diesem Casino hab ich nach vielen Einzahlungen einen „Gewinn“ von 500€ erzielen können. Diesen wollte ich zur Auszahlung bringen. Alle Dokumente eingereicht wie viele Male zuvor in anderen Casinos, plötzlich passte nichts. Ich habe von Kontoauszug über Einzelbuchungsnachweis, Pass, Adresse alles 10 mal gesendet immer wieder abgelehnt, bis die irgendwann nicht mehr aus konnten. Konto verifiziert. Und jetzt kommt das beste, Auszahlung wurde erneut storniert, nach Stundenlangen Nachfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt das mein IBAN falsch ist. Ich hab ihn 3 mal kontrolliert er war korrekt! Auszahlen in diesem Casino nicht möglich! Konto wollten sie auch nicht schließen, hab ich es selbst erledigt. Ich habe sämtlichen Schriftverkehr, und Screenshots gemacht!
Meidet dieses Casino, das macht keinen Spaß.

Habe am 28.10 20€ eingezahlt für "188 freespins über 4 Tage verteilt" Der Bonus Code wurde eingetragen. Dann habe ich ein Spiel geöffnet dort stand "mit Bonus nicht spielbar" was ja erstmal gut ist damit man kein Spiel spielt was verboten ist, also war der Bonus ja aktiv. Danach habe ich meine 20€ verzockt und geschaut wo denn meine 47 Freispiele sind habe mit dem Support geschrieben der dann nach 5 Minuten "disconnected wurde" laut dem darauf folgenden Mitarbeiter. Ich habe mein Problem wieder geschildert und die haben einfach gesagt ich habe den Bonus nicht benutzt. Dachte mir nur alles klar, habe es mehrfach versucht zu erklären, er hat mir immer wieder ihre Terms kopiert 20 Freispiele gutgeschrieben und den Chat einfach geschlossen. Ich finde es schon sehr beachtlich wie Kunden einfach abserviert werden und welch schlechter Kundenservice hier am Werk ist. Für mich hat sich dieses Casino erstmal erledigt.

They stolen my winnings

Hello,

today I deposited 50 euro and asked a bonus, but operator registered as no deposit bonus (100 free spins)and for that mistake they got exceed winnings for 380 euro.
I was playing with my deposit 50 euro and 4 euro I won with the free spins.
They got my money for an operator that made a mistake assigning bonus free spins as no deposit.

That’s what really happened and that’s not fair at all.

I tried to explain tu support uploading proof of deposit but they didn’t want to understand that was not my fault.

This behavior is not fair with a customer that deposited ‘more that 2k euro in a week.

I’m making a complaint for this cause that’s what really happened.

I also informed MGA.

I asked to cancel my account, they are not serious and fair.
