I ordered a sight mark wraith 4K max 9 months ago and it stopped charging, this was frustrating as I needed to visit a farm and deal with their rat issue.
I reported it to Night Vision Warehouse who replaced it with another unit, which was great.
I charged it up overnight and went out to my shooting permission and when I went to turn it on, it was dead.
I tried to charge it up and it showed it was charging, but when I took the charged out, the scope died.
I have asked for a refund, but have been told that its only under warranty and they will send yet another replacement unit, which I have no faith will work.
I have lost my permission now as this product has let me down twice and the job has been given to someone else.
Typical responses as expected, not our problem, replacement only.
I wouldn't mind adding more money to purchase a better quality item, but they are just not interested in helping.
Wont buy from them again.

Great communication, speedy delivery. The product was actually faulty from the manufacturer, and they arranged a courier to collect and would send me a replacement product. They would also check the product this time to make sure the same fault is not there. Great service, will order again from NVWH.
