Night vision optics
Probably wouldn’t buy from here again not the best service or condition of the brand new item I bought.
It took 3 weeks to get a partial refund of 5% on a damaged brand new item I purchased.

Resposta da Night Vision Warehouse
Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your review and I am sorry that you experienced an issue with your purchase of a PARD NV007. We fully understand your frustrations with this.
I chatted to my colleagues about this issue and I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused by this. Unfortunately the item came to us in this condition from the UK distributor of PARD and the damage that was sustained was out of our control.
The reason for the delay to your refund was due to us waiting for the distributor to credit us for the damage which we could then give to you. I would also like to clarify that it was only a 1 1/2 week wait for your refund instead of the described 3.
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience that was caused. Thanks for shopping at Night Vision Warehouse and we hope to see you again soon.
Best Wishes,
NVW
