I have brought from this brand multiple times and have always been thoroughly happy with my experience. I live in the UK shipping is always fast and well within the advertised timeframe. I am always so happy with the quality of the clothing. I own shoes, jackets, tops, dresses and bikinis from here and love them all. everything ive purchased from niihai has been so beautiful and very well made. genuinely one of my favourite brands right now, not just for their products but also their customer service. ive never had an experience with this brand that wasnt notably positive

I have ordered from this company twice and have had a great experience each time. Package came quickly considering I live in the U.S. The quality of both dresses was so soft and amazing. I have recommended NiiHai to friends and would shop again!!

I ordered from this place THREE times…
I ordered from this place THREE times and my package only came once.
There were duties on my packages that had to be paid in person so they sent my package to the post office without any notification to me. By the time I had located my package, it was already being sent back to the UK or wherever they ship from. And without a refund.
The only time I got my package was when I was checking my notifications from the post office every few hours for 3 or 4 days, which is when I finally got the notification. Keep in mind, NiiHai did not send me even one email about the location of my package. And I had to pay over 50 dollars of duties on the clothes too.
Their clothes are very cute which is why I have ordered from them 3 times. But their service is so horrible that I actually refuse to do so any longer.

awful service - i emailed them a month after my order asking to cancel my order since it hadnt been shipped, they replied to my email, and shipped it. took another month to get here- i don't have any use for it now and now theyre saying i have to pay $75 to return it - genuinely idiots

When your cancellation request came in, your order had already shipped, so unfortunately there was nothing we could do at that point. Our policies on final sales and return shipping are there to keep things fair on both ends, but we know that doesn't make it easier in a situation like this.

DO NOT BUY IF OVERSEAS NOT WORTH IT
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS!! They have the worst possible return policy ever, they hardly answer their emails. I had to get their attention by commenting on their Instagram posts. Please do not buy from them. It’s not worth it. I had to pay shipping back to return my items and it cost so much money not worth it.

When I asked customer service if they would consider a return because it’s completely unwearable, they asked for photos and then proceeded to argue with me that it wasn’t that bad?! What the heck is wrong with these people?
