Not only was the response to my initial concern super fast, but the service the team offered was absolutely amazing. Couple this with the amazing product, I couldn’t recommend Nimble more highly.

The customer service I received from Nimble was next level good.
I had an issue with some tights and was sent an alternative pair so quickly and the new pair were perfect. For all running girlies the In Tempo Run Ankle Leggings will absolutely not move on the go, even with phone/keys/gels in the pockets! I had more luck with these than the tempo 7/8 leggings for not moving whilst running. For reference I’m 163cm and wear size M.

I recently had a small issue with an online order which was resolved seamlessly with the help of Jana and Caroline, both of their customer service was easily the best I have ever come across while shopping online. My experience with nimble was easy and quick! My item arrived and was a beautiful product but didn’t suit me! Nimble made my return so easy! I was refunded and able to purchase another item! The team at nimble had great communication ❤️

I bought the Me Time pant and matching half zip jumper. Initially they felt very soft but the items pill and quickly no longer look fresh. Within the first wear (which was a 24h international flight) the trousers were pilled from wearing a back pack.
This is really disappointing given the price.

Great customer service and great products. I purchased the IN MOTION 7/8 ONESIE BLACK and had an issue with my email. The team were straight on to fixing my issue. I wear these style of onesies daily for Yoga and this is one of my favourites by far. The fabric is buttery soft, very flattering cut, longer in the body, no camel toe and perfect coverage for those who are busty. Will definitely be buying the other colour-way. Thanks for a great product.

I ordered the In Tempo Shorts 14cm in XS and LOVE them for running. However after only a couple of weeks the hem started coming undone. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful with rectifying the issue. These shorts are great and never ride up! highly recommend for running.

Bought sweat to swim Onesie according to their size chart and the fit felt good. But as soon as I swam in them the front billowed and heaps of water came in, pulling down on the straps. Essentially I can't swim in them. Complained and eventually was given a voucher for the store (after writing a negative review here and getting passed onto someone higher up, they didn't publish my negative review on their site not surprisingly). They told me the reason for the billowing was because I bought a size too large, even though according to their size chart and my measurements it should have been correct. So I bought a size smaller with their voucher and it still has the exact same issue. This suit is not made for swimming.

The staff were so welcoming and know their product. I felt like I was chatting with friends. I love the products. I made a special trip on my day off because I just needed to be in such positive place. Thank you all at Armadale.
