The communication was good, delivery time somewhat disappointing, I mean, the order was placed on 18 Aug.

Keeping me updated was great. Prewarning of the delivery date would be appreciated.

Bought 2 bottles of Original Pine Sol from Nine Life and it took about 4 weeks for them to finally confirmed the product was on the way as I suspected they are ONLY a third party …passing goods on. When I finally got the item it was in an Amazon Prime box, so my suspicions was correct .I just bought 2 bottles resent in my last trip to UK and here Amazon UK had next day delivery , so I git the stuff weeks faster. But when I finally got the bottles from NineLife the content was taped on the top by a human and not machine seals and bottles from NineLife looks ALOT clearer than the Amazon bottles…so it looks watered out. A BIG SCAM stay clear of this company that charges 100+ $ for shipment of a product only costing a few dollar…OUTRAGEOUS!!

I am only giving this 1 star because zero stars are not possible.

Do not purchase from this company. You will not get your product and you will not hear back from them. They will take your money and they will not advise you that you cannot purchase and get a PROBIOTIC through customs in South Africa, unless you are a doctor.

They will not reply to your emails. You will lose your hard earned money.

Best service and products ever! I am purchasing again!

Its is now 6 weeks later and I still don't have my order. They make out that they are based in South Africa but they are not. They have good email communication, however since the products I ordered (Health Supplements), you need a SAHPRA licence to clear through customs, nevermind the extra import customs and VAT. So I am returning that one product and hope to get refunded. THE SEEM TO BE SCAMMERS. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
