The item I ordered arrived far too late even though I ordered more than a month ahead of when I would need it.
However customer service did respond to my inquiries quickly whenever I asked about it, and provided a way for me to receive a full refund, so 3 stars.

Bad Shipping
Bought the item on 15th and was given a 2 week delivery date. Item was was sent out from the US on the 21st, only shipped out on the 28th and guess what? It arrived in Great Britain on 1st Sep. Still no ETA on when item will be delivered. It's faking a HK website. Please do not use.

Generally pleased and would use again
Product arrived as promised and within the delivery window stipulated although the end of it. Price as very good but website appeared to have same product at two very different prices. Could not figure out the difference. Delivery notice did not seem to indicate actual ship date rather the creation of a shipping document.

SCAM company pretend to be HK company with high price things and you can only return price at your own cost to US
Highly mislead that it's a HK store and the phone number and email all are HK numbers and .hk; Then you need to wait over 1 month for the goods to arrive because they sent you from the US by the lowest mailing. And for return, HK post is not taking any US mail, so you can either accept it or just send back by FEDEX in a 200USD shipment cost. For the returning they only give you a US address and with nothing else. It's so misleading and such a scam.
