They are defrauding customers. Though website says HK, they send delivery from US, which is ridiculous. There is no guaranteed delivery time. I ordered a medical equipment which I needed in one week, they delivered in three weeks.. Use it on your own risk. I have rejected to accept the courier as directed by their customer service. Hope they will refund the amount.

Almost everything is available in Medimart and local Hong Kong stores so please order from there. Also better to touch and feel if its a medical equipment.

Waiting more than 20 days for delivery. Customer Service does not reply very often. Would avoid this company for international shipments.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, no updates on shipping. When chased gave an estimated delivery date of 10 April (which has come and passed), no proactive messaging despite missing the deadline. Emailed again - response is “just checking”.

Terrible service.

Never know about grounding until my friend introduced. After using, I experienced something is working behind. I felt part of my neck pain and frequent leg cramps improved. Even bad sleep seems better too! Now, I think I can't sleep without it!

The process of ordering and tracking the delivery was very easy and transparent. The item i purchased was delivered on time. I will use this service again and recommend to others.

Everything step is smooth but it takes a bit long to receive the order.

Ordered a product. Taking over a month to deliver. Not a difficult product to ship (vitamins) and there is no issue on customs etc.

No reasons given and poor communication overall. I believe that the company is based in India which reflects that this is NOT a Hong Kong company

Took quite a while to arrive but I did receive what I ordered. This is NOT a fake site. Use it when you need something that you can’t get locally but reminder it may take weeks for it to arrive.

Absolute scam. I placed 2 order and none have arrived. I received an email stating that one of the package had been delivered yet I never did receive it. I sent email asking for ETA for both orders and no reply received. They should shut down this website.
