Communication was good from placement of order. Slight delay but well done for the notification. Delivery received well packed. Good to send notification via WhatsApp (recommendation)

I ordered a bundle item on 19 Dec. They only shipped one item. I have been getting numerous emails from different email addresses asking me to click the link.This is probably a scam.

Eggnog a classic memory …

It's extremely difficult to get eggnog in Malaysia now post Covid. Your product brought back memories of the good times in Europe close to Christmas enjoying eggnog on a cold winters day.

Possible scam.

Possible scam.
Ordered an item, provided my credit card details. Thereafter I received numerous emails from different delivery agents saying my order was on its way with a link to track the order. Clink on the link, nothing happens. It's been at least 3 months now. I have concerns about providing credit card details to them.

I am very happy with the product I plan to continue with it if the second purchase is proven to be helpful

I am very happy with the product I bought to help my migraine symptoms. I bought a second bottle and if my situation which has plagued me for more than 40 years is under control I plan to continue with it. Also the management of nine-life was kind enough to get me a 10% discount for my second purchase though the time frame for the discount expired. Tqvm everyone who is working behind the screens to assist customers like me. Really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism.
