My first experience with customer service was not great but every interaction since has been really good. Responding to what I need and listening to what I am telling them. Oh and lovely bracelets :) really lovely bracelets.

I recently ordered a men’s Emir Sterling Silver Minimalist Bracelet from Ninetwofive. I found the website by accident / research, as none of their competitors had what I was looking for. The bracelet is sleek and classy, and compliments my existing silver bracelet and the delivery was very prompt. The only downside, if you can call it that, is that the matching Emir bracelet and necklace is on offer now, with a very generous discount 😀

We had a small problem with our bracelet, this was resolved very efficiently, great service, lovely jewellery.

Entspricht dem Bild, Lieferung wurde in kurzer Zeit zugestellt. Die Gravur ist leider ganz klein, da musst du sehr gute Augen haben.

Les produits ont l'air de très bonne qualité, le packaging est raffiné
Un problème constaté sur la gravure où plusieurs lettres ne sont pas bien gravées sur le haut des lettres
Et le problème avec le transporteur qui n'avait pas lieu d'être, mais qui a bousculé mes plans pour offrir le présent dans ses temps

Zeer tevreden, zeker over de service! Ik heb een tweetal Aswads en een zilveren armband. Van één van de Aswads brak de elastiek bij het aandoen. Ik vroeg de klantenservice hoe ik dit kon herstellen en kreeg prompt een vervanger aangeboden.
De producten zijn van meer dan degelijke kwaliteit en de prijzen zijn meer dan redelijk. Ik kan vergelijken met duurdere merken.

I ordered a bangle and pendant for my husband’s 60th and mistakenly thought the pendant included a chain, I missed the drop-down option. We ordered a ring and two bracelets. The ring was supposed to have a text engraved, but unfortunately the engraving was not completely finished. I contacted customer support and received a quick and friendly response right away. After sending a few photos, they immediately informed me that a new ring would be sent out. I was only asked to return the incorrect ring once I had received the new one, such trust and true customer care!

The new ring was perfect, exactly as we had requested.

I was shocked that delivery was prompt after ordering.
I ordered a wedding band for my husband with engraving. It came beautifully packaged, with a free personalised box.
The bracelet came as a free add on. It snapped, cs was prompt with resolving the issue. Would definitely order from here again!

Took too long to deliver

Reibungsloser Versand. Nachlieferung hat etwas gedauert. Wäre sehr schön.

Ordered ring 4th December 2025. Finally arrived 30th January 2026. Incorrect size sent too small just fitted next finger. Not impressed. Will NOT be ordering from them again.
