Immer wieder gern, top Ware, zuverlässige Lieferung, hochwertige Verpackung, schöne Möglichkeiten zur Personalisierung der Artikel. Habe schon mehrere Bestellungen zu verschiedenen Anlässen getätigt, beschenkte Männer begeistert.

Tot twee keer toe een product niet toegevoegd aan pakket terwijl dit wel op de pakbon staat. Ik moest pakket vermist formulieren invullen. Terwijl het pakket helemaal niet vermist was, alleen de inpakker was het product vergeten. Alleen maar extra moeite voor de klant. En het probleem lag daar niet. Uiteindelijk na de derde keer het product ontvangen. Moest uit een ander deel van europa komen, dus dat snap ik al helemaal niet. Kortom producten prima, maar secuurheid een 1.

Delivered within 3 days. Contact customer service to double check the engraved information and replied within a couple of hours. Ring, bracelet and gift box is beautiful. Could not ask for more.

Happy with delivery but the catch on the bracelet was unfit for purpose.
I returned it for a replacement along with the free bracelet as per instructions, I have received a replacement but not the free bracelet.
I am happy with the replacement bracelet but feel that I’ve missed out on the free bracelet now.

Excellente expérience de service après vente, suite à une besoin de changer de taille de bague, reçu très rapidement. Qualité du packaging exceptionnelle.
A noter toutefois que les retours en cas d'erreur de taille sont à la charge de l'acheteur... (12€ !)

A very disappointing first experience with NineTwoFive, in particular with their Customer Support Team.
The ring I ordered was too big and when trying to exchange it for a smaller size I was informed that because I had taken advantage of NineTwoFive’s offer of free engraving I would be ineligible to exchange my ring. This caveat is indeed mentioned in their terms & conditions, it is however buried in the small print and is not flagged-up when you choose the free engraving at checkout.
An offer was made by Irena at Customer Support that I could purchase another ring at a 50% discount, however this would mean that my £160 ring would in fact be costing me £240 ! Not such a good offer after all. I am now left with an unwearable ring and a very lack-lustre experience with both NineTwoFive and their Customer Support team.

Poor quality, send back and same thing happened.

Love working with Ninetwofive. This is the second year I bought a friend jewelry and the jewelry is beautiful and the attention I get is top rate. For instance, I wasn't sure what I bought my friend last year - he lives in another state- and they added to our chat all the pieces I previously purchased to make sure I chose new pieces.

Der ring ist richtig schön, aber auf der Website wurde eine kostenlose Gravierung angeboten. Diese war beim Ring nicht dabei. -1 Stern.
Mein Ring war beim ersten Bestellen zu klein und der Rückversand hat mich nochmal 9 euro gekostet. -1 Stern.
Ich möchte aber nochmal betonen, dass der Ring selbst klasse ist und ich den auch aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen würde!

It arrives very quickly, which is an important factor for me.

Packaged lovely! Beautiful looking item, was abit surprised the item makes my husbands finger go green.
Shipping took abit longer than expected, and the engraving was very faint.

Ordered a lovely silver bracelet for my husband's 60th birthday. I confirmed with Irena that I could change it if it didn't fit. She said no problem but luckily it fitted perfectly. He loves it! It's the 2nd time I've used this company and it's great! The packaging is brilliant! Enhances the gift. Definitely be using them again. 🥰
