Got the wrong ring because I did made a mistake with measuring, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Helped me very well, and I would buy here again!

I bought a bracelet for my husbands 60th which is in June. I’ve not given it to him yet. But I can say when it arrived I was blown away with the bracelet quality and presentation it’s absolutely lovely. Highly recommend. I will be using again for sure.

I ordered the "Rafiq" ring and it was just as i expected it to be, very beautiful and in good quality. Had a little struggle with shipping (it was UPS fault), so i reached out to the customer service and got an answer immediately. They helped me very fast and contacted UPS to solve my problem. Can highly recommend ordering there!

I ordered a necklace and after receiving it on the 28th of march it felt too short. So i contacted ninetwofive and asked if i could change the size. I received a perfect quick update and send it back, ordered and paid the bigger size. It is 11th of april now and haven’t received anything back. The answer to my e-mail when I will received the necklace is that it is on the way. I think it got lost or something but they don’t answer my questions anymore. It is too bad because this was an expensive gift that I am not Able to give now.

Leider etwas unstrukturiert und chaotisch. Falsche Aussagen zu Lieferzeiten und Abmessungen. Schnelle Reaktionszeit auf Anfragen aber nicht immer fundiert und es wurden auch „Bitten“ ignoriert. Material und Verarbeitung des Schmuckstücks gut, bis sehr gut.

Der Ring sieht nicht mal halb so hochwertig aus, wie auf den Fotos. Es sieht aus, als wäre es kein Stein, sondern einfach ein Sticker, der auf dem Ring klebt. Schlau war es die Gravur umsonst anzubieten, sodass man den Ring nicht mehr zurück schicken kann. Mehr als enttäuscht für den Preis, eigentlich auch schon echt sauer. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort. Der einzige Grund warum es 2 Sterne gibt, ist die Verpackung und das „Zubehör“.

I am so impressed with this company. The ring I ordered came in 3 days from the Netherlands, free postage and a gift box. The packaging was great and the gift box was really lovely, it was packaged so nicely. The ring itself is absolute quality, it’s for my son’s 21st and I know he will be thrilled with it. Graag wil ik mijn ervaring met u delen.
Ik heb bij u een ketting met hanger besteld als cadeau voor mijn man, inclusief gravure. De kwaliteit is werkelijk fantastisch. Ook de levering was verrassend snel. Ik maakte me een beetje zorgen dat ik mijn bestelling misschien te laat had geplaatst, maar alles werd zeer snel en perfect geleverd.
Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Mijn man was er ontzettend blij mee en draagt de ketting met veel trots – hij laat hem zelfs aan iedereen zien. Het betekent duidelijk veel voor hem.
De gravure was mooi uitgevoerd, misschien iets aan de kleine kant, maar zeker netjes en stijlvol gedaan. Ook de verpakking en de afwerking waren van hoge kwaliteit en met veel aandacht samengesteld.

Ik ben zeer tevreden en zal in de toekomst zeker opnieuw bij u bestellen.
