Not happy

​I am writing to urgently follow up on an exchange request I submitted over a week ago.
​When I received my ring, I noticed that the stone has several holes and scratches. I immediately contacted your support team and was instructed to process an exchange through your website, which I promptly did.
​Your automated email and website explicitly stated: "Please allow us 1-2 working days to approve your request." It has now been over seven days, and I have yet to receive any update or approval.
​To be frank, I find this delay unacceptable. Given the premium price point of this item, I expected a flawless product, or at the very least, a swift and seamless resolution for a defective one. The current level of service is highly disappointing.

You’re right that our exchange approval should normally be handled within 1–2 working days, and in this case it took longer than it should have. We apologise for the delay.

Chain was missing from order

Chain was missing from order. Despite contacting them several times, they ignored me.

At one point they replied asking for a picture of everything I received including packaging, which I sent and then they ignored me completely.

We’re very sorry to read your review and we understand that this has been a very disappointing experience, especially given the personal reason behind your order.

After reviewing the case, we can see that the product ordered was not an urn pendant and was not designed to hold ashes. We’re sorry if this was misunderstood during the ordering process.

Because the item was personalised with engraving, a standard refund is normally not possible. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered store credit for the value of the product after return.

Customer Service is Dreadful

Item was too large, which wasn't their fault at all. I submitted a request for an exchange, which was approved, but I needed help with the return as there were multiple documents and no instructions. I've reached out via their Livechat and every time they hear it's about an exchange they simply stop responding. There's no telephone number to contact them on and I've emailed them, but their customer service is just poor. I've now decided to simply return the item for a refund, but obviously, there's no one to speak to to confirm how to go about this. Item was fine, but if you need any assistance, don't hold your breath.

Bracelet

The bracelet was an 18th birthday present and my nephew loved it and has not taken it off since. It arrived when promised and beautifully presented in a smart box and pouch - I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Absolutely Love It!

My first order, hopefully will not be the last! Very happy with the ring I've ordered. Absolutely love it (by the way it is going to be my wedding ring).Dispatched very quickly and arrived in a lovely box. I was a little bit apprehensive ordering jewellery overseas (I am in the UK) but glad I did. Thank you guys. Very very pleased.

Find a different company

Avoid these guys at all costs, will not return items, promised 50% discount on another item in store as good will, then changed mine to 25%, very poor communication online chat, long response times if your lucky, no phone number, in the end they don't respond at all, run but a load of part time idiots!

Taille incompréhensible, pas d'échange, n'y allez pas.

Malgré une prise de mesure précise en amont, la bague est arrivée beaucoup plus grande qu'indiquée. Absolument importable, sur aucun de mes doigts. Évidemment, un échange ne sera pas possible car gravure minuscule offerte annulant tout échange ou remboursement. 230 euros de perdus. C'est une expérience extrêmement décevante, je ne peux pas recommander ce site.

Een zeer goed en attent bedrijf wat meedenkt met een waardevol cadeau. De service is kwaliteit en het bedrijf staat achter hun diensten en producten wat waardevol is. Wat een cadeau in welke vorm dan ook van Ninetwofive meer betekent dan de waarde, het gaat om de betekenis die er achter zit.

Turath size guidance wrong

I ordered the Turath sterling silver bracelet. Product design is lovely and quality appears to be very good. Biggest issue is the product comes up small. I used the sizing on the website to ascertain what the correct size for me would be. However the product comes up small despite this. Size for a medium is quoted as 19-20cm, so 19.5 or 20 would have fit a sat on my wrist exactly as I wanted. It arrived but only measures 19cm. 19cm would still be ok BUT due to the clasp design on this particular bracelet the clasp has to pass fully over the clip. This means to fit my wrist it has to “shrink” to a size less than the minimum quoted length. I can just about manage this but it’s not comfortable. The second issue is as this is a silver wedding anniversary gift it has been personalised with my wedding day making it non-returnable for an exchange. So would I recommend, maybe but be very careful with sizing. Would I purchase again, unlikely.

UPDATE: Customer support proactively reached out to me regarding my original review and offered an exchange even though the product had been personalised due to acknowledging an issue with the sizing descriptions on the website. This is exactly how you win over customers and as such my replacement has arrived and I am now thrilled with the product as it is the right size and much more comfortable to get on and off. So a two star experience is now a five star one and I am likely to return for more pieces. Thank you.

The Jewellery is great

The Jewellery is great, very good quality, just not very happy with the exchange or return process, ordered a size that was larger than needed, tried to exchange, had 10% off first order & the exchange wouldnt give me the percent off, had to send the ring back, bit of a faff with customer services cancelling things without consulting buyer. Pity Jewellery great , process for exchange refund website &customer services headache.

Foto op de site oogt veel mooier dan in het echt. Jammer!

Snelle levering, helaas ging de bezorger direct naar een servicepunt aan de andere kant vd stad ipv thuis te bezorgen terwijl ik de hele dag zat te wachten. En de Pietersiet steentje vind ik op de foto veel mooier en luxer eruit zien dan in het echt. Misschien dat ik nog even moet wennen maar dat komt omdat de kleur op de foto vd website mooi blauw van kleur is en wat ik heb ontvangen is bruin van kleur. Ik snap dat het handgemaakt is maar van mooi blauw naar bruin is toch wel een tegenvaller. Maar goed, ik hoop iig dat het spirituele gedeelte echt werkt :)

Schönes Armband

Bestellung war einfach. Lieferung war super stressig, da per UPS geliefert wurde. Ich bin keine Firma, sondern eine Privatperson die zur Zeit der Lieferung von UPS arbeitet. Leider konnte auch kein anderer Liefertermin gewählt werden. Somit Zustellung in einem Asia-Shop. Dieser fand das Paket mehrere Tage nicht. Beim dritten Versuch klappte die Abholung.
Nun noch zur Verpackung. Die Geschenkschachtel sieht gut aus. Nice und wertig. Auch das kleine Anschreiben ist nett. Pluspunkt ist auf jeden fall das beigefügte Silberputztuch. Auch sind die kleinen Ledermäppchen gut.
Zum Schmuck. Dieser sieht gut aus. Ist sauber und präzise gearbeitet. Ein wahrer Hingucker am Handgelenk. Top! Somit bin ich zufrieden.

Ich habe meinen Ring und mein Armband seid einem Jahr und nutze diese sehr oft. Ich finde die Qualität gut, die Schmuckstücke sehen schön aus und waren auch schön verpackt.
