I was a but nervous ordering this from an overseas company, but they’re great. Really prompt customer service and incredibly fast delivery. Would definitely be happy to order from them again and recommend them to others.

Sent a faulty ring with no hallmark. Company has acknowledged it but ignored any attempts to issue a refund. Have had to report it through Klarna and with the bank. I’d highly avoid and read the other negative reviews!

Spent a lot of money on a bracelet, only after about a month, the clip which keeps the bracelet together stopped working so the bracelet is now unwearable.

I bought the Jamil pendant and Safar pendant with the Kamal chain for my son’s 21st birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The customer service was incredibly helpful and genuinely pleasant from start to finish, which made the process feel effortless.

The presentation was absolutely stunning — beautifully packaged and clearly made with care. Beautiful engraving on the Jamil pendant and even the box has a personalised message. My son was over the moon with his gift. They also sent a free bracelet which he really loves. The pieces look even more beautiful in person, with real attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. It arrived to the UK from the Netherlands the next day! Just as promised.
