Ring hat eine hochwertige Qualität und sieht super aus und auch eine top preis Leistung mit schöner box dazu allerdings etwas zu groß trage ihn jetzt an einem anderen Finger obwohl ich vorher das Ringgrößen Set bestellt habe. Würde aber wegen dem Katastrophalen Versand mit ups als Versand dienstleister nicht noch einmal bestellen.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with 925. Everything looks very good, and the products have a very clean and elegant design.

I chose the compass star pendant with an onyx stone. It’s something I’ve wanted since I was a child, but until now I couldn’t find a design that I truly liked. This one is exactly how I imagined it: minimalist, serious, and not kitschy at all. I especially like that it doesn’t have NSEW letters or other markings on it — it looks much more discreet and refined.

The bracelet is also very comfortable. At first it pinched a little because of the hair on my wrist, but after about a week it adapted and now I barely even notice it.

Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and with the quality of the products.

Dès réception du colis j'ai immédiatement fait une réclamation pour bague non conforme avec photos justificatives et pourtant toujours aucun retour de votre part pour que je puisse procéder au retour pour échange......pas normal

Very disappointed with my shopping experience here. I spent £300 on a special gift for my Godson's 21st birthday. They sent the wrong product and did not even apologise when informed. Then, rather than send the correct item as soon as they had confirmation I had returned the other, I had to wait for it to arrive and be checked, despite them having photos of the wrong product and proof of return. It has now arrived, almost 2 weeks too late for his birthday, but I did expect better customer service from a company who proclaim to inspect and prepare orders with care. The product itself is lovely, but overpriced in my opinion, particularly for the level of care promised.

Der Ring entspricht der Beschreibung, wirkt jedoch leider weniger hochwertig als erwartet. Die aufwändige Verpackung ist überdimensioniert und steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Produkt.
Ich hatte mir „mehr“ Ring erwartet und dafür weniger Verpackung gewünscht.

Ik heb een dure steen, “Tahqim – Art Deco Silver Tiger Eye Pendant”, gekocht maar deze is beschadigd geleverd. Er zit een zilverkleurige kras op en het oppervlak is niet volledig glad; de steen lijkt zelfs deels gebroken.

In de doos zat een kaartje waarop stond dat het product een uitgebreide kwaliteitscontrole had ondergaan en in perfecte staat was verzonden. Dat maakt het extra teleurstellend, want dat klopt duidelijk niet.

Ik heb direct een klacht ingediend en kreeg te horen dat ik binnen twee werkdagen antwoord zou krijgen. Inmiddels is het meer dan een week later en heb ik nog steeds niets gehoord.

Daarnaast vind ik het onacceptabel dat er alleen een reparatie wordt aangeboden. Het product is nieuw, nooit gedragen en was bedoeld als cadeau. In dit geval verwacht ik een vervanging of mijn geld terug.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Échange d'article, dans le délai légal, paiement de 12,00€ pour le renvoi, de très nombreux échanges mails, remplacement de l' article par un autre, tout ça pour recevoir le même article dans une taille différente. Pas de reconnaissance d'erreur de leur part, il m'ont quand même renvoyé un bon de retour, et c'est reparti pour 8 à 10 jours d'attente. C'est mon expérience !

I'm pleased. I ordered and received a bracelet in February of small grey stones. The bracelet arrived in a timely manner and it is good looking. I'm very pleased.

Initially I was disappointed, however customer service went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I would say get a larger size to ensure comfy fit. Beautiful item with a very satisfied customer. Thank you for your time and efforts.

La qualité correspond aux attentes, la présentation et emballage est de qualité supérieure. Malheureusement la commande n’est pas arrivée à temps pour le jour de la St Valentin comme annoncé.
