Games getting worse no winning anymore and no bonuses either been on this site for 2 years and managed to win twice weather im unlucky or what but this is becoming dodgy sit. It juat spins and pays out small amount of cash then it decided to take the whole lot. I dont even no how the game ends as nothing happens.

Unfair suspension and withheld balance
Account suspended without warning after nearly two years as a customer, despite always gambling responsibly. They claim “concerning activity” but provided no clear explanation.
Most concerning is that they are holding my £52 balance and refusing to release my own money to my bank account. A 30-day suspension was imposed, and my reasonable request for a 7-day break was ignored.
Very disappointing treatment of a long-term customer. Responsible gaming should not mean withholding customer funds.

After 9 months and lots of time wasted, I’m still not further to hearing the reason why Ninewin wouldn’t pay my €24000 in winnings (and then deleted my account). I was fully verified, so they can’t say they didn’t know where I was playing from. So what was the reason?? I paid for a service, they offered the service, but ultimately didn’t hold up their end of the bargain when it came to paying up.
Moral of the story folks, don’t trust this shower!
Reviews keep getting deleted so will be reposting to ensure they stay up.
No doubt Trustpilot will remove this. They side with Ninewin everytime. You only need to read all the ‘positive’ reviews to see this. Look for the verified ones - there you’ll find the truth

Missing withdrawal and deposit
Missing withdrawal and deposit, sent in two months of bank statements and site says the withdrawal was paid out successfully on their side but banking evidence shows that it has not been received having to jump through hoops but still will not resolve the issue.
