I have ordered a product from this website ten days ago but neither the product had been shipped nor my amount refunded. Had tried so many times to contact but no reply. Had even dropped so many messages but no response. I will lodge a complaint against the company if my amount is not refunded

Scam
Worst website. I was so happy to find a site that had products that I needed . It’s been 9 days since I have placed my order and still have not received it . It’s still not dispatched.They do not provide you with estimate delivery date and is no clarification of whether the parcel will ever be delivered . Tried to contact them but there is no reply . Very unprofessional workers and very unhappy with the service they provide.
