Terrible delivery and service
I ordered a lipstick and paid Rs 49 for shipping through this website. Few days later, I got a mail saying Rs 49 pending to be paid. This weird site DOES NOT list a contact number or address on their website.
I messaged a number from where I had got an order confirmation and the person assured me I do not have to pay Rs 49 as I have already paid it. Few days later when the courier arrived, the courier guy demanded Rs 49. I showed him my message exchanges with Niram and the courier guy snatched the parcel back saying "apne pocket se mein doon kya".
I messaged Niram and they responded said they will sort it out. After a while someone from Niram called me and said I can pay Rs 49 to delivery guy, collect it and then Niram will refund me Rs 49.
By then I had had enough and said I don't the lipstick at all. Why should I pay and wait for refund. Niram needs to fix their process.
Terrible experience, going to stay away from Niram!

Prompt customer service
I bought a Matrix SoColor 12 A hair colour. The prompt response to customer impressed me. And the way two way communication was encouraged in whatsapp. Usually some sites just text you with a no need to reply message. But here i was asked to reply to the whatsapp msg incase i had any problem and that won my heart. I also loved the quick dispatch method. Lots of love and best wishes.

Niram is zero in terms of giving support. We want to buy shampoo and we place order of conditioner by mistake. Now we want to replace it with shampoo. Company denied to change this. We are also agree to pay delivery charges for that by company denied for that..
