Bolero Garden Chairs look great
Bolero Garden Chairs look great, are comfortable and appear sturdy. I was expecting them to heat up in the sun, but they stay cool.
The delivery wasn't super fast, but didn't take ages either.... all in all, it was well worth it as the chairs were great value compared to elsewhere.

Next day delivery. Web site was easy to navigate. I had a 10 percent off voucher . That didn't work. It wouldn't accept the code.

Quality has dropped sharply
Over priced poor quality Chef wear ,all of their approns are thin and plasticy , customer service in store not great, was given the wrong jacket by sales assistant . Knives shown as available online are in fact out of stock , found this after paying for them .
There are much better Irish owned companies who supply superior goods at a lower price and have great customer care !!!
Ok for a stopgap but I will not be returning and definitley do not reccomend .

The order was for 20 jam jars but only 17 arrived.
It was disappointing that there was no notification in the delivery of the shortfall.
It was only confirmed that they would be sent later from UK stock, after I contacted the company.

The customer care is quick to respond…
The customer care is quick to respond when there was an issue with my payment online and when I enquired when the rest of my order would be arriving. The quality of the items is very good and all is working great.
Just a small thing, after ordering 4 items, we received 2 items then 1 and then the last and month and half later. Everytime there was a delivery there would 3 emails about it. It took a month and a half to get the AA batteries. I didn't mind it too much as batteries are readily available elsewhere and I wanted to get free delivery when buying over 50 euro worth of stuff on Nisbets. However the packaging and the emails are over kill. For 8 CR2032 batteries there was an approx. 25cm long parcel and similar when the AA batteries arrived. Otherwise, this is a good shop and I would recommend them.
