The service is great but I am getting each item bit by bit in the post. I could wait and get a few things together in one box. Also, the boxes are huge for the items.

We do our best to get products to customers as quickly as possible, so items that are in stock are often dispatched straight away rather than holding up the entire order. We also apologise if the packaging seemed excessive for the items received. Terrible after sales from this company
Bought a Polar Ice machine from this company and It broke after 6 months. Phoned them because it is still under warranty. I had to phone them constantly to try and get this fixed because we are going to the shops every day to by bags of ice.
They tell us they have 1 engineer for the whole country and he is very busy.
Then they tell us it will be 5 weeks before they get a part to fix the machine.
Obviously selling cheap Chinese Junk
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
