Fantastic service, helpful, professional and most importantly, lovely staff and high quality products. Will always be the first choice when it comes to mixers.

We placed unfortunately an order in October 2023 (also payed all at the same time) and do not hear back from them informing us about the delivery date. We are very concerned if this company is serious. We wrote emails - no response, The company is not reachable by phone.

Scam company, do not trust positive reviews here. They respond making you think you will receive your order but it is delayed, 6 months later they have your money and no response.

Have had the faucet and shower faucet for 6 years. Some damaged products need to be replaced and get help within 2 days. Best service I have ever experienced!!! Highly recommended! Very satisfied!

As some others have written, I also experienced great customer service! If there is even the slightest problem, you send an email to Nivito and they resolve the problem immediately via a reply letter! Very simple and flexible.

After a phone call with Nivito, I received my faucet replacement part within 24 hours, without having to pay. Great customer service combined with great products will make you happy to shop from Nivito again.

Love the Nivito mixer! Looks great and the quality is amazing. When we accidentally scratched our basin faucet knob, they sent us a new faucet for free and Nivito gained more loyal customers. Thank you!

Amazing service! I have an eight year old shower faucet that is dripping. I called Nivito who identified the problem with some photos via email and offered a free spare part - delivered to my house the same day as I live in Stockholm. Very professional and pleasant treatment!

Nivito's services are truly in a class of their own. The two times I contacted them, both times my problem was resolved in less than a minute and both times my parts were sent to me for free.

In any case, I would purchase their products again and warmly recommend all friends and everyone to do the same.

There was a problem with the thermostatic insert on my 5 year old shower faucet and they sent a new one for free. I asked about a flow restrictor and they sent it to me for free. Fantastic service!

Best service I have ever experienced! 6 year old mixer that needs new parts. After contacting Nivito, the replacement was to send it home. That's what I call customer service. Suddenly the mixer was worth every penny.

Excellent service!! Has a shower set and sink faucet. When they wore out, after about 8 years, and I called, Nivito immediately sent me a free part. This is how all businesses should work. Thank You!

The company does not seem to respond to my inquiries on a previous complaint they handled back in 2022 which was replaced back in 2022.
However, the same product deviation reoccurs today in the replaced product we got as replacement back in 2022.

The former agent in Denmark AnKøkken for Nivito forwards us to inquiry to Nivito AB, swedish company.
The company Nivito does not respond on our inquiry, which was created through their own website portal.
We have also tried by responding on previous mails coming from sales@nivito that we received back in 2022. Unfortunately still no response so far.

An official reply to my request would be appropriate.
If its not the case, I would strongly advise other potential customers, locally as well as international customers, to be aware of the above.

I strongly hope that the company will react to my review, so that the above could be improved and updated afterwards - if I receive contact on behalf of my inquiry.

Update 2024-02-21
Still no action from Nivito what so ever.
We observe that Nivito customerservice do answers on other inquiries that comes from other persons related to a upcoming sale - as long as the subject is not related to claim. But immediately when these persons inform Nivito that they also includes a claim they company immediately stops all communication that myself or the other person, in this case (my wife) may have had with the company Nivito !
it is my belief that this company acts with bad intentions all of the sudden.

I am still waiting for my delivery that I had already paid. Only received a message (directly after order) saying it would soon ship and since then never received any info or feedback. I have been sending out emails to all kinds of email addresses. No responses! I have never had such a bad customer experience, especially since we are talking about a high class product.

Need help with new gaskets and fixed parts for my faucet in the bathroom. By far the best service I have ever received! Product managers go out on their own and solve problems! Free!! Thank You! You're the best!

I am still waiting my order I payed 1,5 YEAR AGO (and very expensive) !! ZERO feedback from the customer services after plenty of email and call. I ask an help from the European consumer mediator, and even them told me there is no possibility to reach them !! I am sure good comments were payed by the company itself to get a better rate.........

Totally professional and friendly! Came with a photo of a 4 year old kitchen faucet, explained the problem and few days later I was out of there with the part including instructions on how I could easily replace the part myself. That there is still professionalism! Thank you very much!

Great company, serious, talented and generous.

Had a problem with a broken heater tap on my shower mixer for about 4 years. No problem getting spare parts and no costs! Exactly how you want to be treated as a customer.

Will definitely check out the Nivito range with extra care when it comes time for a new faucet for the home.
