Pinterest pin leads me to Nivito. Decided to buy one and couldn't be more happier. Good product!

Nivito has been amazing to have and work with. Fun, knowledgeable and truly service oriented with a focus on customer service.

Quite expensive for our reach, but I think it's totally worth it.

Absolutely outstanding service. I called because my old kitchen faucet started dripping. I think I would be advised to buy a new one. Then the guy said they would send free parts. This company is at the absolute top when it comes to working for satisfied customers. Thank you for the VERY good service.

When we had a problem last week and Google couldn't help us, they solved the problem again without any fuss and sent a new parts home for free straight to the mailbox. Super good and epic service with customer focus!!

Respond quickly and provide excellent service. Implemented their warranty without the slightest complaint and sent parts quickly and free for the two parts that broke in the shower above my head. Now everything works perfectly. Nivito items are relatively high priced, but with that kind of warranty and customer service, I definitely think it's worth the money.

There was a problem with the mixer after 10 years. Thought it was all over, but got great help. Now everything works as it should again! Amazing with a manufacturer who seems to want their stuff to last forver and have spare parts as good as the support.

Bought a Nivito for first bathroom. There was a small problem after a while and they sent a replacement part without hesitation or arguing about receipt. Amazing service! Now there will be a Nivito tap in the next bathroom as well. It's great when companies understand that good service builds a brand!

Has 2 shower mixer sets with ceiling and shower head. Dropping screws from the ceiling. Took pictures and contacted Nivito with a parts request. Finally I got a new roof tile for free within 48 hours. Absolutely amazing support. If we ever changed mixers in the future, I would choose new Nivito items for this reason! Expensive but worth considering the support!

We have Nivito in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. Very good items, with good quality. Recently some paint came off our matte black bottom valve, and they replaced it quickly. Highly recommend!

I ordered the wrong rubber gasket, called and explained what I needed and they sent a complete gasket kit for free. Thank you for the excellent service. Now I know which brands we will be purchasing in the future.

We bought two items on there website. After four months we still did not receive them. They hardly ever answer on our emails. There is no communication. After asking for a refund they go silent. I contacted them via PayPal that I used to pay. At first there was an answer, then again dead silence. I made it a claim now. I can only advise not to buy from Nivito. It feels very much as a fraught. I hope I get my money back ...

I ordered a tap that was supposed to be in stock according to the online-shop. After more than a month I still haven’t received anything, the „customer-service“ answers neither by phone or mail. In fact they seem to have sales but no customer-service. Terrible experience. Hands off!

Buyer beware: A £500 tap that discolours after only 2 years. I bought a NIVITO tap via Olif and after 2 years the gold/brass finish has rubbed away. At nearly £500 for a tap this is deeply disappointing.

I contacted Olif to find a solution and I was told that NIVITO said I was using an abrasive cleaning product (i.e. Ecover washing up liquid) to clean the tap. The discolouration is in localised areas and is wearing away in a very uniform way - so there no way that cleaning a spout would create wear and tear in this manner, and even if it does - for £500 I'd expect a tap to be more durable.

So their reply is quite outlandish and a total fob off.

For a £500 tap you'd expect better customer care so Buyer Beware!
