Great service. Easy to get to the support staff or submit a ticket; prompt response to tickets.
Lots of documentation to understand what's going on yourself.
I've been a customer for 3 years and very satisfied.

My former web host, chillidog, sold out to some other web hosting service. It did not take long to learn that the new webhost was less than helpful to email queries. I could go on, but I will refrain.

Somehow, I came across the NixiHost service. I sought out Trustpilot and read most of the NixiHost review commentary. I actually searched for the 1-stars to learn why they were leaving unsatisfactory reviews. It quickly became aware to me that most were nonsense. The good reviews were quick to mention the quick and helpful responses from the NixiHost guru's, Zack and Murphy. That was good enough for me. I signed up on.

In brief, my five (5) websites/domains are now happily settled at NixiHost. That is a two (2) tranistion period. To say that Zach and Murphy were helpful would be an understatement. They respond within MINUTES. I have never transfered domains from one 'Registrar' to another. NixiHost's knowledge doc's were a great help as well as Zach's constant guidance.

In so far as price is concerned, I was used to paying $144/year for a shared server. I was surprised to learn that if you pay annually at NixiHost you pay $120/year. I was being charged over $15/domain. NixiHost charged $12.95/domain.

Bottom Line: I have had two other web hosts in my past and none have responded as promptly and courteously as Zach and Murphy. Fortunately for me, I made a very good choice. NixiHost is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cheap, but limited and buggy email hosting services is what you will get. There are strict limits on numbers of emails sent within a time period, rendering our organization's email subscription services useless. Customer service replies are prompt, but more than often unhelpful and deflective. When we experience issues with server connectivity, they often claim that it is a web browser or other issue, when in fact after troubleshooting, it turns out to be a license validation process on their end. Very excited to outgrow this service as an organization and eliminate the downtime that comes with it.

I'm still trying to figure out how anyone could give NixHost a negative review. Maybe they have nothing to compare to. I do. I've had several hosting services and none have been even close to the service I get from NixHost. Every action (moving from my other host service), every glitch or problem has been handled super fast. I just got off a chat session with Zach from NixHost and the whole thing took seconds -- SECONDS! Not hours or minutes. Zach showed me what to do almost as fast as I asked. I wish all companies operated like that. Thanks Zack and NixHost for the kind of hosting service we've dreamed of.

Great customer service, Murphy was very helpful at addressing my issues! I'm new to web hosting and the learning curve has been steep. It's nice to know that NixiHost is available to help with issues that come along

Moved to NixiHost after many years with another service provider. Every single time I ask for help, someone is there to walk me through it. Customer service is always courteous and helpful. They let me explain the situation and then walk me through the next steps. The user interface is easy to understand, and their prices are very reasonable. Forever grateful that we decided to go with them.

After 2 years of hosting without a hitch, they suddenly suspend all three of my sites and access to cpanel because of mail spamming, the domains they claimed were mine that the spam was coming from were not mine. They told me to fix this, yet would not give me access to anything to do it, their online chat service has doctor's hours and is actually quite useless to begin with. Stay away from this place! It'll eat your wallet and your data!

I hadn't moved hosts or domain registrars in 15 years and my apathy has cost money but was also because of my previous experiences having been so frustrating. I am not only saving money and not being gaffed but getting actual support when I ask even the most mundane of questions. I wish I had initiated this process sooner.

moved my website to nixi host when prev host started crashing everyday. My site has been up and running without any hiccups for several months and very happy with the service. They have reasonable fee and allow monthly payments. Will probably pay for a full year after a few more months if service continue as it has been.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and 24/7 chat

I've used the chat a few times now to sort out basic stuff like password reset etc. Since I'm kind of a newbie, I ask pretty basic questions and need step by step guidance. The support staff is always really patient and helps me in a language I can easily understand and follow.
Also very cheap!!

The level of support and service is A+++++.

Love NixiHost. They are stellar. The price point is excellent for what I need, and they always have top notch customer service. They are expedient and knowledgeable and are always able to resolve my issues quickly. They're also very nice and tend to hang out in the chat just in case I need anything else. They're awesome.

Great customer service in weekday chats. I'm in the process of opening a hosting account and transferring some websites to Nixihost from other hosts. I've found their chat support great -- good response times, knowledgable, thoughtful and clear responses, etc. And prices are good/etc. It was very helpful before I opened the account, and it's been very helpful after opening the account, too.

Terrible. They are badgering me for money. Telling me to pay. I’ve requested to cancel multiple times. They are not allowing me to cancel, now trying to badger me for late fees. Multiple late fees. I’ve reached out to support multiple times to cancel. Convoluted process. & actually impossible on mobile due to site format.

Yet they keep badgering me for money & late fees. All crap. Terrible service. Will not help. Keeping me trapped& wasting my time.

I came to Nixihost because of all the positive reviews i read on reddit and I haven't been disappointed. The support is fast and they are so helpful. The functionality of the website is great too. Highly recommend.

Great support service with a real person. No scammy add-ons like charging for SSL when it's free via Let's Encrypt. It was automatically added to a new subdomain I was adding, what a breeze compared to other companies. Highly recommend!

1. NixiHost offers a human experience, where you can ask questions without getting a scripted answer.

2. They have an unbelievable amount of patience. I've had several domains on Bluehost for years, and am aware of what bad customer service looks like. I've been more than thrilled after moving over to Nixihost and having them walk me through some processes while also detangling a lot of the errors that were put in place.

3. They have helped my add additional services with ease. I haven't had to spend time mentally preparing to deal with a basic issue.

Legitimately the best customer service I've ever dealt with every time. No exaggeration. Any questions I ever have are always explained patiently, quickly, and thoroughly. Any issues are fixed asap.
