IDENTITY FRAUD AND COMMISSIONING FRAUD, Nmc ignores a nurse used my identity for a fake overseas patient

Waste of tax payers money. Ignored evidence of identity fraud, commissioning fraud, mass unauthorised data breaches, retraumatization, left with no care for complex trauma, no assessment, clock manipulated, a nurse manually adding an overseas from date and obsolete county, workgroups, pds synchronisation before I'd been triaged or allocated. 200 plus query care events gettrtmntfundetbypatoid and 40 plus checkencexistcns, over 65 people in my records, yet I was left in primary care for approx 8 times with an rmn nurse while the fake overseas patient received everything even years after I'd left their care and was paying for my own care. Asynchronous batch processor where I was hid in with thousands probably of other fake overseas patients for payment from the icb. The nhs told them they've responded yet that's a lie, I've heard nothing, 3mths still waiting for the metadata, supposed to be 30 days. Basically don't waste your time with them, it's all sided to the nhs, even when they have evidence of the nurse manually doing things she is still registered, it was not a system error, she did everything maually herself between 2 systems, system ine health trainers and lorenzo, she backdated transfer by 10ths to cmht, the day after I was retraumatized, she also changed herself to a cpn from an rmn in my demographics. The nmc have no interest in evidence, just what the nhs say, it does not keep patients safe nor data safe from the nhs @wesstreeting needs to look into them, its not fit for purpose, they don't communicate at all, yet they spend most of the time speaking and communicating with the corrupt nurses committing fraud for targets and lies on nhs complaint responses. All the above I have all the evidence, still nothing from the nmc, blocking patient care and using the patient as a funding stream for the overseas patient is putting patients lives at risk yet not according to the nmc. I am a lifelong uk resident that for at least 4 and half years have had an overseas tag and been used for payment from the icb yet never received any care, I was constantly refused cmht in my records but the nhs complaint responses say it was me refusing and that's good enough lies for the nmc. I found the fraud out jan, Feb 2026 this year and still can't believe this is happening to patients when we go for help, that tag stops all secondary care and my records are not factual which can be dangerous

Apparent weaponizing of pre screening processes

The NMC said that my case wasn't fit for a full-on investigation.
It didn't seem to care what I sent in. It claimed to have considered what I sent in but saw no evidence of that.
Everything that I sent in felt pointless, and whilst they referred to their screening policies, there seemed to be no evidence that they adhered or rationalised their decision.

Small incompetent regulator

The Nursing and Midwifery Council is failing to meet its statutory objectives. Under the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001, the NMC’s overarching purpose is the protection of the public, which includes protecting, promoting, and maintaining the health, safety, and wellbeing of the public; maintaining public confidence in the nursing and midwifery professions; and upholding proper professional standards and conduct.
In practice, the NMC’s handling of serious concerns raised by members of the public falls far short of these objectives. The Fitness to Practise (FtP) process lacks transparency and accountability. Concerns are closed by the FtP team without adequate investigation, meaningful follow-up, or clear reasons being provided to the person who raised the concern. This approach is incompatible with the statutory duty to protect the public and undermines confidence in the regulator.
Despite a registrant being charged by the police for a racially aggravated attack, threats involving a weapon in a public place, and criminal damage, the NMC has failed to act with the urgency required by its public protection mandate. More than two months have passed since criminal charges were brought, yet the nurse concerned continues to be permitted to practise without restriction. Allowing a registrant facing such serious allegations to continue practising raises serious concerns about patient safety, public protection, and the maintenance of professional standards.
The NMC urgently requires a review of its Fitness to Practise policies and decision-making processes, particularly where concerns are raised by members of the public and where there is credible evidence of risk. A regulator whose primary statutory objective is public protection must demonstrate timely, transparent, and proportionate action to safeguard the public and maintain confidence in the profession.

Corrupt

Corrupt, The NMC failed catastrophically to uphold patient safety or hold professionals accountable. Despite the death of a highly vulnerable patient shortly after being left in the care of a junior nurse who lacked full competence in dialysis, the NMC chose not to investigate properly and instead accepted the NHS Trust’s account. The case was closed without scrutiny or accountability.

The process gave no sense of prioritising patient safety. There was no meaningful effort to examine breaches in clinical supervision, ensure lessons were learned, or protect other patients from similar risk. From my perspective, it felt as though the system exists to protect organisations, not patients.

For a regulator tasked with protecting the public, this was profoundly disappointing. My trust in the NMC’s independence, integrity, and commitment to patient safety has been destroyed. Families affected by serious failures deserve transparency, accountability, and assurance that preventable harm will not be ignored — none of which I experienced here.

Not fit for purpose.

Not fit for purpose. When I see this organisation failing to support a friend of mine who was subjected to racism then quite clearly, the NMC should be shut down.

Do not become a nurse whilst NMC are in charge

Dear NMC
Now that I’ve just Left the register, I can tell you what, honestly think about my last 33 years with you.
1 you are bad value for money
2 the changes I’ve seen you make have made the workplace more high pressured, and unsafe.
3 nursing is much less appealing to young people than when I applied.

This is because you made it too high academically, this cuts off a huge workforce who don’t want to do a degree or for which a degree would have adverse effects on them due to being dyslexic ( me) ( or other so called by the academics ‘disabilities’). …..so now you have a work force problem - which negatively impacts everyone, could you really not see this?

I cannot think of a single year when nurses pay rose in 33 yrs with the cost of living - you are totally dire at standing up for us re pay awards.

You presided over all this revalidation shenanigans which in truth on the ground has changed absolutely nothing, it has NOT made anyone safer, just more stressed having to complete your revalidation stuff in our own time and sometimes with all or some of our own money (GP surgery’s are tight).

All this blue stream academy or similar are a stress I despised, I cried through the ‘bullying’ module because of my own experience of bullying. Had you clinically trialled any of those to see if they made a difference? - certainly don’t think so. I would say it gave the bully more ammunition. Most of them are completely irrelevant.

I have nothing good to say about the NMC.

I stayed in nursing despite being on many painkillers because I wanted to do a good job and help others to greater health, but it destroyed my health and in 33 yrs patients generally got sicker and more demanding, with little resources. I had little support, none from you.

Good bye, and please for all our sakes have a good look at yourselves.

The NMC are not fit to regulate

The NMC are not fit to regulate. The recent review by Afzal speaks volumes.

NMC staff bullied, FTP concerns not investigated in a timely manner, poor or no updates.

Lack of evidential support for regulatory outcomes. This regulator is not fit for purpose, as found by Afzal and referenced in his report.

The public and nursing profession are rightly concerned. The reviews speak volumes.

I hope more people share their experiences, mine are pretty grim.

Wow 🤩 isn’t the NMC corrupt as so many…

Wow 🤩 isn’t the NMC corrupt as so many people say . Pay for registration to allow them to clear all managers of covering up serious disclosures by Aneurin Bevan the grange . Cwmbran .
So nurses minions are reported by boards to keep them tied up and not working. Stop 🛑 disclosing serious incident .
An entire board to cover up stop datixing.
Sept 22 .
I have 4 years of evidence and the nmc cleared all managed wow how do you sleep at night.
Fully aware that patients lives are risked and patients have died and being covered up by a board to get out of special measures. .
I have been threatened. Bullied . Had my career. Taken away from me .
The cover up of the Corinne cope and her son Dylan . We were told to say nothing by managers .
I have never known such complete corruption.
I was accused of stealing morphine and £200 . All complaints never seen against me . And I’m sent to the nmc as a precautionary measure 2 days after disclosures of massive concerns .
15 sept 23.
The same day aneurin bevan goes into special measures .
Managers I report omg 😳 don’t come under any nmc remit lol 😂 a joke .
But I’m reported and I did nothing and blacklisted beyond .
Also AB affiliated with tax avoidance companies . 1 being my own .
Yes keep all this quiet and for what the cost of 639000 people
Nepotism and totalitarianism over 14000 staff .
Write what we tell you to write
Do the courses as we tell you to do without due process
Yes this is common in trusts .
So that managers who bully you . ( all micromanagers)
Can then apologize to families . No litigation . The nurse did what she wanted us to do and now you can sue her in a separate court case.
Every single manager with tons of evidence was given and all cleared. .
They have Impeccable Management skills . Yes so did I. .
Be honest I was told .
Behave I was told .
Suspended for things I never did .
Reported to nmc without due process or validation to tie me up with the nmc
No work
Blacklisted .
The nmc are not fit for purpose as I’ve spoken to hundreds of people.
Nurses rogue in the department .
Couldn’t report
And it all came from a trust board
Since Sept 22
All dpartments told to stop 🛑 datixing .
Wow to get out of special measures the trust and all will do anything to protect managers .
But the little minions who work work work are the one who get blamed by the same managers . Who get away with doing whatever they want .

Complete nightmare

Complete nightmare as they are not even able to read properly documents translated to English. Keep loosing documents or they doing this for purpose to delay the application. I can't believe this. And I have British education and still request IELTS Academic exam as I am from Eastern Europe, living 17 years in UK. If you call them, they speak with you with unprofessional way,you feel like you are the latest sh...in a world. I am loosing patience. It cost me huge amount of money all the translation etc. IELTS almost £330, documents £850, application £150, and other expenditure. I do understand why you haven't nurses in NHS.

Biased organisation

I turned to this organisation for support and they just carried on with the cover up for the NHS hospital. I had a midwife that set up and monitored a drip for my induction who was not qualified! She was meant to ask for help and needed to be monitored at all times if she made any adjustments. I was also left in the room alone for long periods of time. My partner was running up and down the corridors trying to find my midwife who was nowhere to be found. I was not given any pain relief or gel food when asked. It was a dreadful experience but the NMC saw no issues! I think they are probably used to these experiences and worse and choose to turn a blind eye to it!

Worst organization ever

Worst organization ever. First they lost my wife's application twice, and took nearly three years to process, which meant she had to return to Romanian twice to get all the forms and then update her CDP. in the end she gave up with the jobs worth at the NMC....and work as a Care worker for the last 9 years. Did a trailblazer apprenticeship and is now working in a NHS HOSIPTIAL passed level 3 Health and Social care along with level 3 English and maths, and NMC nursing exams, and now the NMC still insist on her taking ITEL AT £220, before they issue her with a pin number, Why? because she is from eastern Europe- racists. Most eastern European speak English better than residents of the UK I was recently in hospitals are there were nurses and doctors I could hardly understand. This country desperately needs nursing but these incompetent job worth make it more and more difficulty and expensive for people to register.

Poor treatment of nurses who are subjected to years of unnecessary fitness to practice hearings

Poor treatment of nurses who are subjected to being kept off the nursing register without good reason for it, following the treatment I have received over the past few years and I am sure there are many others like me, who have also worked very hard in the nhs.
After three years of training and over twenty years of hard work, would ask anyone in training to reconsider other professions as you may be treated like I have and it's not worth it.

I do not know where to begin

I do not know where to begin.

Whilst I had witnesses and documentation for what the nurses did, it did not seem to matter,

3 years to wait and be told that lying to the public is ok, that an incorrect assesment is fair, despite it having to be changed later on.

Bodies such as this are there for damage control, not to protect the public.

'Denial, Deflection, Concealment'

Dr Bill Krikup CBE, in his report relating to the maternity scandal in East Kent, described a culture in the NHS of denial, deflection and concealment. My experience of the NMC makes me believe that the regulator has the same culture, especially when it excepted the unevidenced and erroneous word of the NHS against the evidence, including recordings, policies and legislation, that I provided to it. To defend their views, the NMC uses one of the law firms that defends the interests of the NHS. I do not comprehend how that is not a conflict of interest. And then the The Independent recently reported a "culture of fear" within the staff at the NMC with staff being afraid to admit mistakes. I am not surprised.

A failure to save others from harm

The regulator was asked to review the conduct of the nurses whose repeated overdosing with unsuitable medication, ill care & treatment resulted in the aspiration pneumonia which was present upon dad's death certificate - the NMC failed to conduct a credible and impartial response instead forwarding a biased DAVRO reply - the regulator failed to ensure advertised professional standards are maintained - failed to work in candour, failed to fulfill their regulatory duties instead their intent to harm leaves others at risk of harm

Not a clue...

The NMC, in charge of professional nursing regulation, do not appear to have a clue what they are doing in assessing complaints and fail to secure records to enable any assessment.
