Excellent customer service from Maisie
Excellent customer service from Maisie. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to travel on our original planned flight. I contacted No. 1 lounges and she kindly arranged for me to have a credit to use on our next trip.

Used lounge 1 on 18 May 2026 for the 1st time and it will be the last.
Hot food bland and not a good varied hot dishes available. Crackers and cheese, bread and butter, One soup and not much. Free drinks alcoholic and hot drinks, there was one bar tender there with a very long queue it was busy that day and tables left with food on overall, not what my sister and I expected and would not recommend at all and definately will not return. Better off spending money elsewhere.

Was trying to book a group booking for 17 men for a friends 70th , unfortunately we had drop outs due to ill health then extra people deciding to go etc etc, Maisie was first class in helping sort out the refunds / then re booking as the web site was playing up.
A first class service which wont be forgotten.

Issue resolved quickly
I had an issue with my booking - the payment was taken but no confirmation came through. I spoke with Jaimie in the Guest Relations team, who quickly sorted the issue and confirmed the booking. Really helpful, great service!

Absolute rubbish
These are the rules:- you can not enter until you are 3 hours from taking off unless you pay extra and then you can come in when ever you want!.
If you come in and your flight is delayed you can stay as many hours as needed sometimes 13/14 hours.
The rules are made to stop people drinking too much apparently but how you police that I have no idea .
We landed from Greece at 13.40had a flight to Inverness at 18.40 but weren't allowed in the lounge until 15.40 although neither of us drink so would not be getting drunk!. Had our flight been delayed we would be welcome to stay until lounge closed

Wrong date on booking form all sorted
My booking was completed with the incorrect date of flight. When I realised a few weeks previous to the date, I contacted No. 1 Lounges and Maisie sorted it within a day of contacting them. Thank you for your assistance. It would have been a nightmare on the day without your intervention.
Will definitely use again!

due to having a party of 12 for our family holiday we had to book through the customer service team. i dealt with Maisie who answered all questions promptly and secured our booking with no hassle would defiantly reccomend. looking forward no too relaxing before our flight

Booked with no1 lounges for the clubrooms at lgw north for 4 people, money was taken from our account but no confirmation email sent tried 15+ phone calls to resolve and sent 10 emails still nothing, cant get our money back either as there is no one that picks up the phone or calls back, do yourselves a favour don't use. absolutely useless customer service, appalling!! when it goes wrong with these people no-one is at the other end.

Maisie was very professional, caring and very knowledgeable in all of they rooms and what expect. Maisie went above and beyond. Date of visit. Weds 23nd April 2026
The fare offered by No 1 Lounges has really deteriorated over the years I have been travelling.
The selection of buffet food was dire today (lunchtime) - fine if you want pasta or rice or fried potatoes with very watery beef stew. Apart from that there was a cold collection of tasteless triangles of indeterminate cheese, stale bread slices, an ok cous cous , and an ok beetroot salad, but “a to be avoided” Brussels sprout salad. That was it!
Absolutely nothing there for someone diabetic for instance or for coeliacs or even for anyone who doesn’t wish to eat stodge. .
What about some lettuce, cucumber, a bit of ham. Maybe even a portion of poached salmon! Or a sandwich? Or sushi?
On top of that, the usb charger points didn’t work and the loos were dirty and didn’t flush.
Yes it’s a more pleasant environment in which to sit whilst waiting for a flight (or is it!) but I’m beginning to think it’s just not worth it, even with Dragon Pass through my bank.
If I was paying £40 per person to enter the Lounge, I would be very unhappy.

I would give rhem 0 if it was an option, I booked an airport lounge at Heathrow and whilst it was absolutely my fault that I booked the wrong terminal, the lounge had one in both the terminal I was going from and the one I had booked, both no 1 lounge and holiday extras refused to swap the booking to the correct terminal, no 1 were happy to charge me again which I refused to do and looking at other comments this is not the first time but a regular occurrence between these 2 companies. I lost 88 pounds. Both companies blamed each other and my birthday was ruined, never again
