DISGUSTINGLY SCAMMED I ORDERED ONE PRODUCT SPECIFICALLY AND THEY SENT ME COMPLETELY SOMETHING ELSE

Ordered,then I read reviews, was worried they wouldn't turn up but they did in good time

I ordered three vapes but then read the reviews and thought I had been scammed. They contacted me by text to say my product was out of stock and offered me alternatives. I chose my product and within twenty four hours it had been delivered. I have no problem with this company as their communication was excellent.

Bought a vape in May 2026, was sent a completely different product to what I ordered. Have sent an email to ask how to return the incorrect vape and asked them to send the correct product that I ordered. Have now emailed them three times over a 4 week period and have had no response at all. I just want what I ordered and to return this product. And even if I wanted to (reluctantly) use what they had sent me, I can't because no batteries were included. lesson learnt, will not be buying from them again.

Please don’t waste your money. Big scammers. I didn’t get my order.

I paid for a box of vapes been waiting a week and the owner refused a refund as they didn’t have my flavour they kept pushing for me to get a different flavour. I kept getting told I’m going to recieve it day after day, eventually they kept ignoring my phone calls and messages.

I made an order and havent got any tracking ref number . I have made contact various times with the companybut no answer. this company is doing bad thing to many customers. The company states it will be delivered within 1-2 days with an extra charge but nothing. The contact numbers are not recognised, emails are not being replied to.facebook page is not active this is a scam . Have complained about this trademark and waiting.

Would give this company zero if it was an option! Ordered almost £60 of stuff and paid for next day delivery , it's been a week and still no sign , eventually got in touch with someone who had the nerve to tell me it's because of the bank holiday! That was 1 day and a week has passed and still doesn't say its been dispatched, was told it was processed yesterday and guess what still a no show , avoid at all costs! Trying to get hold of them is a mission in itself! I've claimed the money back through my bank thank god! Absolutely appalling.

Honestly, really impressed. The caps are proper good quality, fit well, and you can tell they’ve actually put thought into the design instead of just throwing something together. Very Dishonest Company Please do not get scammed. I ordered a product which showed on their website as in stock. I was called to say that it was out of stock and that they would send replacement items. The delivery took a long time to arrive and when it did I realised that the replacement items were half the price! Now not answering my calls or emails. Im going straight to trading standards. Let's get these guys shut down. I should have looked at all the other negative reviews before ordering 🙄

My experience buying vapes off no1 vape wholesale was very easy. Contact with the company is excellent flavour was out of stock i choose so they rang and told me. Will 100% order again off this company.

I contacted No1 vapes over the delay in dispatching my order to be told that the flavour I wanted was no longer available. I decided on a different flavour and they confirmed. It is now 7 days and I am still waiting for my order. They're not replying to emails or text. My next option is to contact Trading Standards department.
Avoid this company at all cost.
They take your money, never deliver the goods. I offered to drive to their shop to collect, and still no reply from them

Ordered 4th Jan, paid for next business day delivery at a much higher cost than most other vape suppliers charge. Expected to have received by 7th Jan at latest. No response to 2 emails and 2 chat messages on website. No notification of goods being dispatched. Terrible customer service and zero communication.

Fauls advertisement!with flavouring
Sent me a complete different box of vape from my order.
Meant to be 1-2 days took 13 days to come.i thought i got scammed but they did end up coming but avoid this website at all cost !

If I could give no stars I would!! Had to chase order up did eventually come and were out of date!! Getting nowhere with them to arrange for this to be rectified absolutely joke!!!

If I could give no stars I would - Ordered on 08.11.25 - for next day delivery - they called 4 days later to advise the flavour I had asked for was out of stock - so I asked for a refund - they then told me that they would ship from another warehouse for delivery tomorrow (last Friday 14.11.25) Here we are on Wed 19.11.25 - no answer to emails and no order - no refund!!!!!!!!!

Called me to say item is out of stock. Why do they still put items as in stock online?! So now I’m sat waiting days for a refund.
Still no refund 6 weeks later after 4 chases with no reply. Had to do a chargeback. AVOID
