I'd used them for years so I placed an order June 2025 part of which wasn't in stock. I said I'd wait, it never came back into stock. Since then I've been 'chatting' with them on WhatsApp, have emailed, and yet despite yet another promise to "look into it" three days ago still no response. I have no option other than to give them a poor review. They haven't offered any options, and certainly haven't agreed to refunding me my £98! They used to be so good I don't know what's gone wrong. If they'd like to refund me I'll change my review but I won't hold my breath.
