After a few initial issues it was great to get the ad up and running and some of the perspective tenants told lies but that’s all part of life now… I found a tenant who appears to be genuine. Fingers crossed

Noagent was brilliant in every way. This was our first time selling and Doug and the team made it a breeze. From explaining the process and guiding us writing the description, sending a great photographer our way, doing the marketing and social media campaign, answering our questions. We loved the ease of access of a digital account. We enjoyed doing the open house inspections armed with the signs, leaflets and advice from Noagent. They provided great support throughout the process including the portal support, creating listing and uploading photos, how to make engaging communications with customers. The whole processes was seamless and I could easily sell a property listed at $980K plus without engaging any real-estate agent saving me couple of tens of thousands.
