20K saved with No Agent Property
I am very happy with my experience with No Agent Property. Soon after I bought the package (the cheapest one) a staff member called me to discuss about the process and answer any questions I could have. You can even have professional photos done through them!
It was very easy, I could manage my listing on Realestate and Domain from the portal, organise viewings etc. Selling privately was really not hard, especially in the current market. The unit was sold after 2 inspections, and then the solicitors took over and did their job. A real estate agency would have cost me around $20k, so it was well worth it!

Your advertising cost around $150 per ad. Flatmates same ad cost me around $50 both platforms working according to my needs.
Only real estate.com Domain.com Flatmates only platforms I am interested in. Other platforms are useless. I hope I answer your question honestly.

It has been an seamless experience, and has made the process of selling my own property an absolute breeze. The staff have without a doubt the highlight - professional, knowledgable, fast to respond. The platform is easy to use, and it's a please to deal with a company that actually cares, when so few do these days. I would highly recommend No Agent Property, and will be using them again for sure.
