Ordered from this company 15 days ago and nothing has arrived sent two email asking where my order is and no reply. Do not use. Taken money but no delivery.

only 1 star because no option for zero. Ordered a coat, disappointing quality, cannot get a reply to emails re returning. Saw lots of their ads on Facebook, but none since I got my goods. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

You will get your items with no return address, and no one will reply to your emails. None of the clothes they sent fit me, and there is no way of returning them. The business has nothing to do with London and is not UK based. 'No questions asked returns' is a lie - avoid!

I would give zero stars if I could , I ordered a suit size 8, for my Aunt, which she wanted, it turned up in a very small package I have the pictures but can't see where to put them .
I'm absolutely fuming . Had no reply or apology , waiting for refund, will contact my credit card company if they do not, acknowledge this disgusting product

Complete scam. Not based on London but China. Material used is so cheap it would never be worn even if the sizing and shape was right - which it isn’t.
To return you have to go through a farce process where you are offered 10-35 per cent refund. However even on refusal you have to pay your own postage to return. Now that’s fine if it’s a change of mind but when you are returning because the goods are so unacceptable , it’s not in. I’ve reported to my be k so thru get a black mark.
The return address is also a joke - :rd floor, by the lift, 2nd desk along type of address.
Avoid unless you want to waste good money on clothes that are worthless,shapeless and inferior in every way

I am convinced that this is huge, well contrived SCAM. All the information is suggestive-it's based in London-no, China. Reading their mission statement is a joke. I ordered a 3 piece lightweight trouser suit size M. The waist was miles too small, one trouser leg was longer than the other. There was a hole where the bust darts should have finished but was slightly short. Hemlines are puckered. And the very best was it's advertised as LINEN COTTON. They must have been in a hurry because the fabric label read 95% polyester 5% elastane.The bust measurement for the dress I ordered is 120cm for a medium size. Needless to say all my questions were unanswered except the returns procedure and they suggested a 10% refund to keep their rubbish. Or I could send everything back to China. What? They couldn't make it more difficult if they tried . Summary-shoddy sweatshop goods. Hugely overpriced. Returns cost is prohibitive.

In addition to my previous review potential customers should understand this company is not based in London but in China which is why purchases take so long to arrive and return postage costs so high, in addition to the poor quality of the goods.

Ordered a jacket in 14/16 and it arrived as XL. However tried l it on and it's about a size 10 at a guess. They won't give me the shipping address to send it back and instead offered me 10% refund and keep the jacket. That's £3.99 on a £39.99 purchase. I'll keep trying but suggest you give them a wide berth!

Terrible customer service. Trying to get a refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone. They clearly don’t want to give me a refund and their sizing chart is completely incorrect so nothing fits. Do not order from here and waste your money. You will not get it back. They are ignoring all my emails and there’s no number to call. They should not be allowed to trade in this manner, making false promises.
