I ordered whisky & water hand wash and cream. It arrived on time but unfortunately the hand cream was shattered. I sent off an email to customer services and received a prompt reply from Liz who sorted everything and got a replacement in the post.
My hand wash and hand cream are now sitting in my bathroom and smell beautiful. Thanks for your great service.

I love love love their products. Started using in earnest during lockdown and whilst they may be a little pricey, in my opinion are well worth it ! I generally stock up when there is an offer and now have family hooked as well.

Great smell. Fills the house with the gorgeous scent making it feel very luxurious. I first smelt this diffuser a few months ago but decided not to buy it right there. I couldn’t stop thinking of it so made the perches and I wasn’t disappointed!
