Purchased a phone case from Noco. The quality and design was the best I could find anywhere, let alone locally in NZ, and for a great price too.
My order was processed very quickly and delivery was next day. At all times I was kept informed of the state of my order.

Unhappy experience
Purchased a watch online from Noco.Watch was advertised as waterproof and for use in ocean.After a week the strap failed returned for repair , first use after repair watch somehow became unattached from my wrist lost in ocean informed Noco not interested .I am convinced repair failed again while in ocean can’t prove it .

Outstanding Customer Service
NZ Post delivered my purchase to the wrong address (currently unresolved). When NOCO found this out, they sent me a duplicate of the order at no cost. Thank you to Chris.
