Hi Mrs F,

We LOVE hearing that Project Lip Plump has already become a favourite! There’s nothing better than discovering a new product and immediately thinking, “Yep, I need more of this!”

Now we just need those Honeybun glosses to arrive – we really hope you love them just as much. Thank you for finding us over on Whatnot, shopping with NODBEAUTY and coming back for more. We really appreciate your lovely review!

Hi Jayden,

What a fantastic review – thank you so much! To be described as reliable, trustworthy and reputable genuinely means an enormous amount to us, particularly from someone who has shopped with NODBEAUTY many times.

Transparency has always been incredibly important to us. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re purchasing, understand the products they’re buying and, where we can, get genuine advice rather than simply being sold something. Beauty should be exciting, but we also want our customers to feel confident in every purchase they make with us.

Knowing that you continue to come back and have been impressed time after time is the biggest compliment we could receive.

Thank you for your continued trust and support, Jayden. Here’s to many more NODBEAUTY orders!

Hi Jessica,

We’re not quite sure how to respond to this one without getting emotional! What an incredibly thoughtful review – thank you so much for taking the time to write something so lovely.

The fact you discovered NODBEAUTY completely by accident and have since placed numerous orders and made the lives part of your routine is honestly amazing to hear. Of course we love finding you incredible beauty and ridiculous bargains, but NODBEAUTY has grown into so much more than simply selling products.

We’ve always wanted our lives to feel like somewhere you can come in, have a chat, learn about products, have a laugh and never feel pressured into buying something just because we’re selling it. So hearing that you value the honest opinions and recommendations means an enormous amount.

And the thought of you settling down with your tea and biscuits ready for a NODBEAUTY live has absolutely made us smile!

Thank you for supporting the business, for continuing to come back and, most importantly, for being part of the community we’re building. Customers like you are what make those long lives worth every minute.

Fantastic products, brilliant prices and great service are exactly what we want NODBEAUTY to be known for, so reading this genuinely means a lot to our whole team.

There is so much work that goes on behind the scenes to source the brands and products our customers want while keeping our prices as competitive as possible, and reviews like yours make it all worthwhile.

Thank you for continuing to shop with us, Hollie. We can’t wait to bring you even more beauty favourites!

Hi MBaraki,

We genuinely smiled the whole way through reading this – thank you so much for such an incredible review!

We’re so happy you managed to stock up on plenty of Project Plump, and we hope you absolutely love trying everything. We also love hearing that you enjoy the lives even when you’ve officially told yourself you “don’t need any more bits” – we think quite a few members of the NODBEAUTY community might relate to that one!

More than anything, thank you for recognising the things that happen beyond selling beauty. Supporting charities, helping other small businesses and building a genuinely lovely community around NODBEAUTY are all incredibly important to us.

And “the Ms Rachel of makeup and skincare” may officially be one of the best descriptions we’ve ever received!

Thank you again for your support and your very kind words. We’ll see you on the next live!
