NOKOBLAZE
Bike arrived well packaged within 10 days of placing the order. The assembly process wasn't as easy as other ebikes I have purchased - the handlebar was quite tricky to mount and secure. The motor is powerful but not silent and the lights are bright but do not turn on or off unless you apply the exact pressure and timing. There are 5 levels of assistance indicated but there doesn't seem to be much difference between 1 and 5 - however because the motor is powerful level 1 is adequate. The bike is easy to ride, comfortable and stable.

Desideriamo precisare che ogni nostra bicicletta viene assemblata da zero, con grande cura e attenzione, da un team di tecnici italiani qualificati. Proprio per questo motivo, anche per i modelli di fine serie, i tempi di preparazione non sono immediati.
Per ogni ordine garantiamo un tempo di consegna di 15 giorni lavorativi, tempistica che nel suo caso è stata pienamente rispettata.
In merito al manubrio, il componente è stato scelto per garantire leggerezza e comfort in linea con la configurazione del modello. In ogni caso, restiamo a completa disposizione per valutare eventuali soluzioni o approfondimenti.
Grazie ancora per il suo riscontro, che per noi è sempre prezioso.

Bonjour
ayant reçu mon vélo hier, apres plusieurs repport de livraison par la société Fedex, merci à Noko d'avoir relancé le transporteur.
velo reçu dans un emballage intact, seul manquait la notice de montage et le QR code sur l'emballage ne fonctionnait pas et il me manquait une petite vis pour fixation du garde-boue sinon vélo tres beau et de tres bonne construction merci à vous

Malheureusement, nous sommes actuellement dans une période particulière, à l’approche des fêtes de fin d’année, durant laquelle les transporteurs doivent gérer un volume de livraisons extrêmement élevé. Ces retards ne dépendent donc pas directement de nous, même si nous en subissons nous aussi les conséquences.

Great bikes and an excellent customer support
We bought two Nokobikes about six months ago. They look fantastic and have worked perfectly ever since. The customer service is excellent. Since an accessory we ordered wasn't in stock and was due to be delivered later, we received additional accessories free of charge. We highly recommend Nokobike.

Ho acquistato la NOKOBLAZE ad un prezzo straordinario in occasione del Black Friday. Consegnata semi montata in un imballo perfettamente protettivo , grazie ai tutorial sono riuscito a completarne facilmente l'assemblaggio.
La bici è conforme a quanto visibile sul sito
( imponente e bellissima), mi ha soddisfatto totalmente così come è stato parlare con l'assistenza clienti ,sempre disponibile ed esaustiva nelle risposte. Il valore dell'Azienda è ben visibile nella qualità delle biciclette ed è ancor più riscontrabile nella professionalità e nella competenza della Sig.ra Federica che ringrazio nuovamente.

I purchased the NOKOBLAZE at an extraordinary price on Black Friday. It was delivered partially assembled in perfectly protective packaging, and thanks to the tutorials, I was able to easily complete the assembly.
The bike is exactly as shown on the website
(impressive and beautiful), and I was completely satisfied with it, as well as with the customer service, which was always available and provided comprehensive answers. The value of the company is clearly evident in the quality of the bicycles and even more so in the professionalism and competence of Mrs. Federica, whom I would like to thank once again.

Le vélo URBAN END OFF SERIES est arrivé au bout de 3 semaines très bien emballé, dans un parfait état et conforme à ma commande : couleur, taille, accessoires.
Seule déception, peu de jours après ma commande le prix avait déjà baissé de 200€ ! Dommage !

Amazing ebike experience if you want the best
I bought nokobike forza bike and i used it for the last 2 months, doing over 350 km with it. The temperature is lower than other countries where i am (denmark) here but the bike battery still keeps up perfectly and i never have problems with it. The shipping is longer than usual BUT this is because they put lot of care on the product and this is understandable as it is crafted once you purchase.
For the price, you get amazing features that others competitors do not have on the market: longer range, extremely good performance, italian style, great customer service.
I did not use the ebike as a off road bike as it is not meant for that. It is meant for road use and there performs fantastic.
The range described for the bike is pretty accurate and when you use the bike at maximum acceleration usage i still get about 55-60 km of range, which is amazing actually. The first speed, which gives you the best range, with 10 degree temperature still delivers 85-90 km range, while when i use it at 20 degree temperature celsius I will got about 100 km range.
