As we have explained several times, once the product leaves our facility, the handling and timing of the delivery are entirely managed by the shipping company. Unfortunately, their operations are independent from ours, and delays can sometimes occur despite our constant efforts to ensure punctual shipments.
What we can assure you is that we have shipped your order within the agreed timeframe and have been actively committed to mediating with the carrier from the very beginning. We have done everything possible to speed up the process and resolve an issue that was not caused by us, but by the logistics provider.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused you.

Ho comperato una NOKO VULCANO, e' arrivata qualche giorno fa, imballata perfettamente: la bici e'ben curata in ogni dettaglio, il colore scelto (verde) e' veramente molto bello, e la bici rispetta in pieno quello che la casa pubblicizza, molto leggera, facilissima da guidare in ogni situazione.

The way the NOKO Light bicycle is prepared to ship and ready to assemble was also good.
Since ordering my delivery time was over one month... I expected this, so no problem for me.
However, if I didn't call customer service after 14 working days since I ordered I might have waited for 2-3 months for the bicycle.
The website could have listed if NOKO have batteries in stock before ordering.
Also, one important information to know about the bicycle is missing on your website. Noko Light uses cadence and not torque sensor like most of NOKO ebikes.
Overall, fine service.

Excelente calidad/precio
Mi Noko Urban ha sido una muy buena compra. Es una bicicleta con una autonomía considerable, un peso contenido y un diseño muy bello. Aunque algunos complementos como los pedales, las luces, asiento, etc.. son mejorables, en lo esencial, creo que he hecho una buena compra.
El servicio de atención al cliente también merece cinco estrellas.

I had the opportunity to pick up the bike directly at the factory where I was welcomed by Federica from customer care (kind and knowledgeable). The site is truly fantastic. I asked to change the handlebar (an aesthetic choice) and they accommodated me. The very skilled mechanic made the replacement and a test. I tried the bike on site and it was a surprise beyond my expectations. After a week of use, I can say: comfortable bike, very light, fast, practical, durable, dynamic, versatile in every condition. Powerful brakes. High quality frame and components. No detail was overlooked. A true high-quality Italian bike. I used it to go to the padel club, to do grocery shopping (the right accessories are important), to go to work, for training. It is a very sporty urban bike with a frame that is still comfortable. The FSA motor with torque sensor together with the SRAM 11-speed gear allows you to manage battery duration by balancing effort between legs and motor. This is a bike that allows a cyclist to train by extending their distance and average elevation, for those who want to start approaching cycling, for those returning from injury, for all ages. Bici Urban, un orgoglio made in Italy
La bicicletta URBAN è stupenda, finiture molto curate e sprigiona un bellissima personalità originale.
La forcella è un'opera d'arte.
Per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo, la bici è leggerissima e la pedalata fluida anche senza l'ausilio del motore. Nell'utilizzo quotidiano, ho un paio di cavalcavia per andare al lavoro e li faccio senza sentire la minima fatica.
Sono molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto 100% made in Italy e orgoglioso di passeggiare per la città, Reggio Emilia, con un oggetto cosi elegante.

Noko Forza Range around 50-70km dependjng on slope. I changed handelbar for straight one and Seatpost with LEDs. Bike feels stable and light, good gearing even for 17% slopes. Max therefore Limited 30 km/h in Flats. Good built and Superb brakes

I have so far ridden my new Noko Magna only 20km so far but it was great experience yet! Anyway the waiting was real suffer if you can't wait to receive your new bike. :-) I can compare with recently purchased Fiido for my mom, where the bike came within few days since order placed. But I understand if Noko had to build the bike first. Anyway, there could be some stock to shorten the waiting time. Delivery by Fedex was super fast and courier helped me with the box into my car.
