Have bought the Chloe earring set and it has already lost all the gold after only two weeks of wear.

Ordered 4th December as a christmas present, still no dispatch email. Email ignored by the company. Do not buy from here!

I ordered a pair of ear rings, which I had hoped would be here in time for Christmas. However, they have not been dispatched yet. Their web site does state 7 working days for processing, and then up to 2 weeks for delivery!!

Would recommend buying locally, if you’re in need of something a lot sooner than this.

Horrible company, reselling terrible quality jewelry, probably from the likes of AliExpress. Spent £30 on earrings which I could have had shipped over from China for a couple of pounds. Earrings took 7 weeks to arrive. Shocking. Impossible to get a refund. Avoid.

I ordered 2 sets of earrings from Nola Moon, the order was wrong when received and I contacted customer services.
1 week later I had a delivery of the correct order, beautiful earrings and very good customer service.
Was concerned after reading reviews, but I would recommend this company

If I could rate zero I would. Ordered on 3rd December and still no parcel. Phil in customer service is a waste of space gives various shipping information when pressed. Have noticed they have already blocked me from Facebook before I’ve even posted anything on there so clearly anticipating I would do. That shows they’ve got something to hide. Charlatan scammers. Don’t bother. Going to claim back through the bank and move on. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Items are not badly priced, and really pretty when they arrive. However I’ve had an issue with one of the items I had purchased, contacted them straight away and never heard anything back. Their after sales customer care is shocking.
I’ve gone from highly recommending this company, to telling people to avoid!
You wait weeks for the order to arrive and then when there’s an issue they don’t care.

Ordered 1st October 2024. Order went missing with Yodel. Nola Moon said they would send out another order which they never have and now are not answering my emails. Phil at support is completely uncooperative. A girl I spoke to was pleasant enough but my order was never replaced or refunded. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Do not purchase from these scammers!!!!
They sent me an empty envelope, and are trying to say that the tracking shows as being delivered....its a bubble envelope with nothing inside!
When I contacted them they tried to fob me off saying that they would send out the replacement jewellery set out ASAP, which is over 5 weeks ago, and as yet nothing! They are now not answering any of my emails and they have deleted my comments on FB when I tried to follow up for a resolution via FB comments. They look to have a habit of deleting and re updating their FB page as it is full of bad reviews.

No customer service and terrible quality. Send wrong earrings and refused to replace. Then earrings quickly tarnished despite their assurance they wouldn't. Refused to answer any communications.

I’ve had a bad experience with is brand poor quality faulty jewellery I have contacted the support email and had back and forth emails where they have offered a replacement I opted for a refund now they have stopped responding altogether after several emails. ‼️buyers beware!!‼️

Extremely poor customer service, as soon as their warranty is mentioned they stop replying to emails. Earrings have turned black after two weeks of use as per their website says “shower, sleep and hang in them all day”.
What a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered my earrings back in May which at the time arrived. After a month one went black and very awful looking. I contacted Nolamoon to see as they come with a guarantee and have had no response. Worst service ever they should be ashamed .

Iv been waiting since the 3/10 for my earrings to arrive! When I have asked for tracking details or an update the response from “phill” was rude and patronising! Iv since contacted again as I still haven’t received my delivery only to be quoted completely different time scales and essentially palmed off again!
NEVER again will I use this company I will stick to Abbott Lyon!

The worse customer service on the planet- multiple emails ignored for weeks with eventually no reply at all. It took 2 months for them to arrive. And the quality is absolutely terrible. One pair of earrings were so bent the clasp wouldn’t even close.

Purchased a set of 3 gold earrings, one earring has turned completely silver and one of the clicker earrings does not stay closed.

The look of the jewellery is nice but the quality is extremely poor, I would not recommend

Absolutely avoid this company, they have no customer service.

I have been emailing for 2 weeks no response, wrong item sent. Very cheap and poor quality.

Really cheap plastic like quality, clasps are flimsy, come undone on their own, one earring came with a gem missing and not even fell out in the bag it was sent like this. Customer service are the worst haven’t answered my multiple emails over a month despite sending proof.

Garbage and garbage customer service!!! Mine turned green within two weeks so they are not sterling silver and customer service hasn’t answered me since August 1st after offering me a new pair which would clearly turn green again. I asked for a refund and **** crickets****.

Don’t bother with this company as they clearly don’t value their customers and are a scam!
