My order has never been shipped.

Ordered Metal Art from Nonanalu. Paid AUD 127, online tracking shows parcel will be delivered in 20days, parcel never reached me. They are scam. There is day to day tracking to track the packet is also fake. Their email ID in contact detail is also fake, email bounce back, not responding to emails. 17track courier service is also involved shows wrong entries of parcel tracking. I have been scammed... Our hard earned money is been ripped off by these
bloody dogs. HAVE SOME SHAME NONANALU

They are a scam company. They just advertise products and never ever send them . I was lucky to have caught on to them quick enough to block payment. They never answer any emails or any other correspondence. KEEP AWAY THEY ARE THIEVING DOGS. One star ratting is to muchKEEP AWAY AND EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT THEM

Do not buy from these con artists. You won't receive anything in return for your payment. I received a little information on them from my bank - currently they are based in Paris, France. But it appears they ceased in mid July. Or at least they've stopped using Nonanalu.
Bopeng Li, Xuesheng Li, Kaiquang Li are the people behind this scam. Here's the trading details in France -

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a cocoon cot for my daughter’s first baby. Babies now 3 weeks old , cot never came. They won’t reply to messages and thu ph number does not exist. I unfortunately paid with my bank card and can not get a refund. I am so angry.

This is a bogus supplier! If you have paid using Paypal then if you have not received your item then ring Paypal 02 82239500.I did this after wasting four hours trying to go through their complaints system and had my refund approved in less than five minutes

This why I started querying it... I'm surprised they e-mailed order confirmation. They do not respond to e-mail, and their Australian phone number is bogus, PAYPAL refunded my funds instantly... THANKFULLY

If I could give 0 stars I would! Purchased a camping hot water setup….never arrived. Also charged in USD so that’s a red flag! Tried ringing, looked up their address & sent emails. SURPRISE SURPRISE nothing exists! Luckily I was covered by PayPal and received a refund. In future I will definitely look into online companies before purchasing. A huge wake up call!

Ordered a cot, haven’t had any correspondence since the fist confirmation email, the phone has been disconnected, no email reply’s and I didn’t even know I had a pay pal account I can’t remember signing up for one, and can’t get into it because I haven’t got a password, people shouldn’t be able to get away with scamming innocent people, SHAME ON YOY NONANALU 😡

I ordered a Schnuggle bath Bundle and automatically trusted the website due to the Paypal option. Upon payment you are charged in USD and the receipt/order confirmation page takes you to a foreign web address. I didn't receive any email. I raised the issue with Paypal and received an immediate refund. No case review. They must be getting a lot of complaints so i'm not sure why they haven't closed down the seller. Anyway if you pay by paypal just opena dispute and get your money back. I did get $5 less because of the exchange rate.

Bought a pram, never received it, tried emailing them and nothing, calling them and the number doesn't exists. Tried a payment dispute with PayPal, and they said it's legit payment so they can do nothing ... Bullcrap Nonanalu and PayPal.

This company website is a scam. It offers PayPal and after submitting payment you get a payment failed or cancelled sign but it’s already processed on PayPal with a bogus name and email that disappears from your purchase list after 24 hrs or so with no way of contacting them. Open a complaint with PayPal saying goods not delivered and try for a refund.

Been waiting weeks for my item and looked at the reviews and realised I’ve been scammed. Paid by debit card and now guess I’ve lost my money and need a new card

Bought a post hole digger in AUD but was charged USD in checkout. This was the first thing that got my attention. Didn't arrive.. Found out contact details are bogus (try calling number)... Then read reviews and felt like a fool.
Luckily i made a Paypal claim and got my money back. But if 50% of people don't bother to do that, these scum bags are still doing well in stealing money, and will continue. Now you know they are scammers, please spread the word to protect your friends and family.

This site is a scam. Money was taken from our account and we never received our product. This company is uncontactable.

Nonanalu is a fake website. They advertise on Google, quickly take your money, don't provide the goods and don't respond to emails. They are criminals.
