Mooi ontwerp, origineel. Goede kwaliteit, lekker dik. Hij kwam de trui thuis afleveren, had veel bestellingen gekregen. En ging over naar nieuw bezorg systeem, vertelde hij. Opgelost 😊.

Trui besteld, binnen enkele dagen binnen. Wat wen top kwaliteit heerlijke stoffen. Je kunt duidelijk zien dat het een product is van hoge kwaliteit. Kopen zou ik zeggen

Pas op!!!!!!!!!

Bij ‘non demain’ een trui besteld en de pasvorm was heel vreemd.
Ervoor gekozen deze retour te sturen en daarom contact opgenomen. Dit ging redelijk vlotjes en het pakket meteen teruggestuurd. Maar toen…. Ik hoorde niks meer, dus uiteindelijk zelf contact opgenomen en dan krijg je ze ineens amper meer te pakken. Uiteindelijk werd me gevraagd om screenshots van PostNL dat het pakket is teruggekeerd, dit aan ze gestuurd en wederom alweer een week geen enkele reactie.

Het pakket is 9 september bij ze aangekomen en nu op 28 september nog steeds m’n geld niet terug.

Waardeloos!!!
Dus kijk uit!

Fantastic Experience

I had a fantastic experience with NonDemain’s customer service.

I live in Australia, and due to the long international shipping time, my jumper didn’t arrive until several weeks after it was dispatched. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was a little too small. I contacted NonDemain the day after receiving it to ask if an exchange would be possible, even though I knew I was technically outside the normal return window because of the shipping delay.

Their support team was understanding, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. Rather than asking me to return the jumper at my own expense, they generously sent me a replacement in the next size up completely free of charge and even told me to keep the original, recognising that return shipping from Australia would be expensive.

That level of customer service is rare these days. They communicated clearly throughout the process, responded professionally, and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its customers. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that genuinely values its customers.
