SCAM COMPANY! This is a scam company. We placed an order for an AC unit from them on the 28th July , only later that day to find that if was a iffy company. We cancelled the order later the same day over chat ( with a human, it wasnt automated ) who confirmed that the order would be cancelled and that we would receive an email the following day with all the details . Received nothing and when we checked they had taken the money out the day after we cancelled the order. Tried contacting their support again and were not responding at all . I was advised by the bank to email them so I could get something in writing but they didnt reply to either of the two emails we sent them . Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the chat where they stated they would cancel the order, plus a copy of the order confirmation. We were advised by our bank to wait and give them a chance to refund the payment in accordance with their refund policy but we received no response at all from them. According to other reports on Trust pilot this is a common occurrence with this company. The registered office for this company is a 2 bedroom residential property in London and the telephone no. apparently belongs to unrelated private individuals rather than a business support line. If you have recently purchased anything from this online store and are having the same issues then contact your payment method and collect as much information as you can in regards to your complaint. We dealt with ours through our bank and have managed to get our money back via chargeback. We will also be reporting this company to Trading Standards .

Do not buy from here’s it’s a scam. Air con units don’t exist, they don’t give you an estimated delivery date so you have to wait 30 days to claim back from your bank. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t deliver your product. Don’t fall for it

This appears to be a scam. The email address for asking for support because we did not receive our items initially bounced back - it has now been changed to a different email address. The phone number for support was originally a mobile number - it is now a poor unsuspecting member of the public whose number is being used on the website. She has now left a recorded message saying if you know her then ring her mobile if you are calling about missing goods it is a scam

noravix.co.uk takes your money for ACs but do not deliver. The phone number goes to a lady who said this is her private home number.

Scam. They took my money and sent no goods. Currently under investigation.

This is a scam website – DO NOT USE. The website advertises air conditioners and the like, and looks professional. But no goods are delivered, links do not work, and the number is a link to someone random who is aware her number has been used by scammers.
