The lads that did my fashia on my house were very polite and tidy, they even left me a couple of bit of gutting that I needed for one of my sheds.
In a couple of days the job was completed to a high standard in March 2026.

An excellent initial visit by Basil. He swiftly and efficiently identified the challenges (windows on a period property here in Norwich), gave specific and clear advice, and followed up with a further visit with his senior colleague to cement an order. Happy to answer all questions fully. We anticipate a successful, timely project.

Terrible communication, work was booked over messaged and then confirmed over the phone, date came around and nobody turned up, they claim they’d never confirmed it, didn’t even seem that they had a clue that they were meant to be doing any work on my house, eventually got a date sorted, work was done to a pretty average standard for the price, and the scaffoldings still been up for a month after the works been done, multiple calls to see when they’re getting it down, to the constant predictable reply of “I’ll get that sorted for you”, terrible company, wouldn’t use again or ever recommend

I had a Solidor composite door and a new window fitted by Norfolk Glazing Solutions recently and am very happy with the results. From start to finish everyone I interacted with at NGS was professional and friendly. The fitter did a tremendous job and seamlessly integrated the bathroom window with the existing tiles and left the room tidy. He even managed to work the door frame around some complicated existing wiring, hiding the exposed wire from within the frame and under the step. The door seamed expensive at first but the quality of the product and the fitting is really impressive so I am very happy.

Could someone please contact us , you were booked in to do the work on 20th may but called to say you couldn't make it ,we haven't heard anything from you for 3 days and now it's a bank holiday weekend ,the house is surrounded by scaffolding not impressed at all .We have tried to contact you ,but can never get a reply , NOT Impressed now

Matt knocked at my door advertising door /window replacements and conservatory extensions. He introduced me to Basil Buckley who explained the whole process involved and I was convinced by his talk. I had the great experience of being introduced to the services of Norfolk Glazing Solutions by an extremely knowledgable young man called Francisco who called at my door and gave me confidence in booking the first visit from this company regarding the replacement of my garden French doors. Basil visited me on 9th March and very comprehensively discussed the background to the company and their excellent products. I thereby felt truly happy to proceed with the order to have my rear windows replaced and excited to have these fitted. I really recommend this company. Thank you

Clicked on a link for more info, within 30 seconds someone phoned to ask what we were after and made an appointment. Basil shows up on time, asked what we were looking to do and advised us what would work best. He also checked all the windows during measurements and showed us what was failing and what to look out for/do if we decided not to take on the project yet. And then he went the extra mile and ran through a few different options of quotes and deposits to make sure we felt it was achievable without becoming uncomfortable and we were asked throughout the appointment that we knew what we were purchasing and why. We didn’t feel pressured once and the range of products and knowledge Basil delivered was more than enough. We could tell this was a family-run, local, supporting business and we’re excited to see the difference this project will make.

Josh called in the morning and asked about windows replacement, something that we hadn’t really thought about doing. He was quite personable and explained how the system works and that he would arrange for someone to contact us to discuss any requirements that we might want to. Basil arrived later and gave us very detailed information on the replacement windows and the process of installing them and time process. He was also very personable and very helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product and talked us through the whole process and costs involved. All in all a pleasant experience. I would recommend the company to anyone who asks about it.

Just had a quote by Ben Clayton from NGS for all my windows and doors. Great price, Ben has been really helpful, answered all my questions & nothing was to much trouble, as long as the installation is as good as the experience I received from Ben then I will be more than happy to recommend this company. I will place another review on completion of the work.

Basil has represented NGS in a very professional and friendly way. We were given very good advice on every aspect of our home and we have finished the day in a very good place. Basil clearly discussed our options for funding in good detail and we were able to make any decisions necessary very quickly and easily. Very impressed with product quality and choice. Everything is local which is very much our preference. We are looking forward to the transformation of our home

We had new cladding fitted to the front of our house to colour match new front door.
Talulah the sakes lady was pleasant and friendly.
Cladding fitted over 3 days, was supposed to be 2 but 1st day they needed to complete previous days job.
Well installed and friendly.
Generally the fitters and sales staff have always been excellent, some admin items and office members not always the best but eventually things get done.

This is the second project I have had by this company.
I would continue using and would recommend.

Genuinely disappointed with this company.
Great salesman. Great contracted fitters. Great products.
But dealing with the company itself was awful.
Very poor communication. Rude customer services. We were lied to throughout. And the company was not registered to sign off the works, via Certass, until this month (7 months after our first install).

We cannot recommend this company.

Really good communications and excellent installation team - we had Matt doing our facias and gutters and he did a very quality job - checking-in all the time, tidying up, polite and engaging. You know its going well when the local builder has a look and says his doing it allright ! The salesman was also decent and knowledgeable. Would recommend and had they been a few weeks earlier they would have got our windows as well.

Fitter arrived on time fitted the two new windows and left my property clean and tidy
