I was looking for a new shed /workshop when I came across Norfolk Sheds, and I'm so pleased that I did.
I chose my shed on their website, which was really easy to navigate with a straightforward ordering process, with customisable options available to allow me select a shed that met my needs.
After ordering I received email confirmation of my order and details of a delivery time of two weeks, which was perfect for me as this allowed me sufficient time to prepare the base.
Prior to the day of delivery I contacted Norfolk Sheds to ask if it would be possible to have either an early or late delivery as I had to be at work during the day. A delivery time of 08:00 was kindly arranged and the driver rang me 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery driver was very polite and respectful, and kindly placed all the parts where I requested.
The build quality of the shed is excellent, constructed from good quality timber and is supplied with easy to follow plans. The design of the parts allowed me and a friend to build the shed in about six hours with no issues and more importantly no missing parts!
I am delighted with the finished shed and am very happy to recommend Norfolk Sheds to anyone looking for a good quality shed/workshop.

Delivered on day they said . Driver very good and stacked it all where I wanted . Greenhouse good quality and easy to put together . It is worth measuring all the beading and putting notes by each size as makes it quicker to put up . Only one negative the rubber drip beading had warped were left for a couple of day under a tarpaulin ., but poring boiling water over fixed it . Just need to paint now . My husband and I did it easily between us

My review is about aftersales, until now I really liked Norfolk sheds, We had a lovely log cabin installed March 2024 and when I repainted it this Easter I saw that some of the logs had come apart, showing bare wood. I sent photos to Norfolk Sheds who told me as I was out of warranty I would have to pay them for this to be rectified. I am not happy as I hadnt seen thefault and it was only 13 months since construction. So obviously this company has no flexibility on after sale care

I received an email to let me know the delivery date not long after placing my order. Delivery driver rang on day to let me know they were 50 mins away. We haven’t put shed together yet as we are going to paint it first as per instructions recommended.

Well what can I say. The floor is not fit for purpose as you stand anywhere apart from on a joist (if you could call joists) you start to go through the floor. 10mm OSB is not adequate as flooring.
The walls, the feather edge stuck out on most panels so so when you screwed them together it just pulled them out of shape
The windows are so low you have to bend over to nearly 90 degrees to see out of them.
The side wall are so short it's not very useable space.
The roof, saggs like it's been up there 10 years already

Smooth delivery and good advice and tips from the delivery driver regarding the erecting of the summer house.

I placed my order with Norfolk Sheds for a log cabin at the end of April 2021. The estimated delivery date was mid August at the time. At the beginning of July 2021, after hearing nothing from them since the initial order and agreements were signed, I sent an email asking some questions and generally trying to touch base. It was at that point that I was informed that they never put my order through to the manufacturer, Shire Garden Buildings. This meant that my delivery was pushed back from mid August to late October, and the painting and preparation would have to be done in the cold, damp autumn months. Lucy, the contact point that I dealt with the entire time, completely lacks customer service skills and has no empathy.
When October finally came and my log cabin was built, it was shortly there after that we noticed it was leaking from the windows, walls, and corners. We hadn’t even had a chance to paint it yet, but that’s what they advised us to do, so we got the cabin as dry as we could and got the inside and outside painted. At that point, the windows were still leaking considerably, so they sent workers out in December to put more seal around the windows. This helped, but did not fully alleviate the problem.
By April 2022, six months into owning it, we noticed the individual log slats separating and the door warped to the point that it no longer meets the seal at the base of the doorframe. I contacted Norfolk Sheds about this, and I was not surprised to receive total silence in response. In July 2022, the main door became so warped that we have to push it hard just to latch it, several of the windows needed to be sanded to get them to shut properly, and the gaps in the wood planks became so large, we can see daylight through them.

The only positive I can say is, from 2022 to 2025, it hasn't gotten exponentially worse, and it is usable and we enjoy the space. However, customer service was poor, delivery time was poor, and build quality is poor. I should have put the £5000 towards a proper garden building with a more reputable company, but it’s a lesson learned.

Good quality, looks fantastic, took a while to put together due to screws supplied were not the correct size for some areas but would still recommend.
